Registration/wristband collection will be in theArts Pavilion/Pavilhão dasArtes. The conference and exhibition floor will be in Pavilion 4.
Golf carts will be available to transport people between theArts Pavilion and Pavilion 4, and also to Lagune Barra Hotel.

Once through registration, there will be 3 main entrances to enter the venue. Entrances 1 & 2 take you into the Casino, Sports Betting & iGaming Zone. Entrances 3 takes you into theAffiliate Leaders Summit.
Wristbands & Food Purchases
All staff registered with an Exhibitor Pass as well as your VIPguests will receive a wristband which will be collected alongside your badge. Each wristband is pre-loaded with R$175 to use for food and refreshments at any of the food trucks around the venue. As you explore the floor plan and the event on the day, you will notice multiple Food Festival zones.There is a variety of options to choose from, including options which suit specific dietary or allergy needs.You will be able to use the wristband to pay for food and drinks, and the vendors will also accept card payments.
Help Desk
For any queries pertaining to stand services such as electricity, catering or rigging, please go to the help desk which will be located to the right-hand side of Entrance 1 (Stand number B762). The service providers will be located here to help resolve any issues. Please ensure you take note of all your order/confirmation numbers as this will help the team to resolve your issues quickly. Additionally, we will have a virtual help desk where you can submit any issues which may arise directly with the relevant supplier.This system will also allow you to track the progress in real time. Please include your Stand Number and related service; the designated supplier will assist you. We will also have an SBC stand: A552 on the floorplan.

Access on Build Days
You have access to the venue during build days included with your exhibitor passes. Please go to the registration desk upon arrival to collect your pass. If you need to access the venue before registration opens, please present your exhibitor ticket email at Pavilion 3 to collect a wristband.
To enter the building on build days, you will require: - High-visibility jackets - Safety helmet/hard hat - Steel toe cap boots
It is also essential your Contractor registers any one who will be assembling the stand.
Please make sure they’ve completed the following form - failure to do so may delay their entrance into the building.
Build Up Schedule
Friday 27th February: no access (venue services only)
Saturday 28th February (08:00-20:00): space only stand build. Please note, access time may differ as you will be given your unloading slot ahead of build-up.
Monday 1st March (08:00-20:00): space only stand build
Tuesday 2nd March (08:00-20:00):
- Space only stand build - until 12pm
- All stands must be complete by 12pm. Strictly no build is permitted after this time.
- All pallets and packing materials must be clear of the gangways by 12pm, so the cleaning can commence.
- Exhibitor stand dressing - 13:00-20.00
- Exhibitor/stand contractors able to access the hall to complete dressing of the stands.
