Collect Your Badge 🎟 Airport badge collection ✈ Once you arrive, head straight to badge collection before even leaving the airport. After exiting the Arrivals gate, turn right and follow the event signs to pick up your name badge. It’s quick and easy, and saves you time in the morning.

Venue badge collection 📍 Please ensure that you have registered all of your staff, as registration will be busy. You can collect your badge at the venue: Monday: 12:00 - 20:00

Tuesday: 08:00 - 17:00

Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:00

Thursday: 09:00 - 16:00

Once you’ve received your email ticket confirmation, be sure to add it to your Apple or Google wallet. This will make your badge collection faster and your overall experience smoother.

There is still time to invite your Guests as well using your unique guest code, which you will find on the Guest Admissions page in your portal.

Badge Types 🎟 There are different types of badges at our event to help you identify delegates: Operator

Registration and Entrance Points There will be 3 main zones where you will be able to enter the venue.

Zone 1: Registration 1 and 2 (West Entrance) There will be two registration areas within this zone - one for delegates who have collected their badges, and another for those who haven’t, with signage on site to make this clear.

Zone 2: Entrance if you already have a badge (North Entrance) Once you have collected your badge, either from the airport or following your first day at the summit, you can enter through the north entrance.

Zone 3: Registration 3 (East Entrance) There is also a third registration point where you can collect your badges ideal for clients located in Hall 4 or Affiliate Leaders Summit.

Wristbands & Food Purchases 🍕 All staff registered with an Exhibitor Pass as well as your VIP guests will receive a wristband which will be collected alongside your badge. Each wristband is pre-loaded with €30 per day to use for food and refreshments at any of the food trucks around the venue. Enjoy a variety of delicious options while making the most of your SBC Summit 2025 experience!

Food festival 🍔 As you explore the floor plan and the event on the day, you will notice a number of Food Festival zones. There is a wide variety of options to choose from, including options which suit specific dietary or allergy needs. You will be able to use the wristband to pay for food and drinks, and the vendors will also accept card payments.

Help Desk ℹ For any queries pertaining to stand services such as electricity, catering or rigging, please go to the help desk which will be located between the entrances to Hall 1 & 2 (Stand number HD). The service providers will be located here to help resolve any issues.

Please ensure you take note of all your order/confirmation numbers as this will help the team to resolve your issues quickly.

Between Halls 1 & 2 you will also find the SBC Organisers’ Office if you need any support, stand number FE300.

Additionally, this year we will be introducing a virtual help desk where you can submit any issues which may arise directly with relevant supplier. This system will also allow you to track the progress in real time. More information will be shared in due course ahead of the show.

Wi-Fi 🛜

All attendees will have access to the complimentary show Wi-Fi. Details will be on your badge and around the venue on floorplan signs.

SBC Connect App 📱 Make sure all colleagues download and log in to the official event networking app.

SBC Connect contains the delegate list, the ability to schedule meetings, explore the agenda, and stay up to date with the event activity schedule – all in one place. https://sbcconnect.com/ During the event you will also have access to the scanner which enables you to scan delegate badges and rank them as hot or cold leads during the show to assist you with post show follow ups. Transportation 🚗 Shuttle buses SBC will be running 4 complimentary round trip shuttle bus routes during the three days of the event.

Shuttle buses 🚍 Drop-off & return departure location SBC Summit - between Registration 1 (East Entrance) & Registration 3 (North Entrance) Parque das Nações, opposite the Ibis Hotel.

Access & Eligibility Travel on these shuttle buses will be available to all SBC Summit attendees with proof of ticket, ie. email or badge, if picked up already.

There will be 1x pick-up location per route, except Route 4 which has 4.

Taxis - Bolt 🚕 We recommend Bolt as the taxi app to use in Lisbon. The location for Bolt drop-offs will be: Avenida do Indico (next to Starbucks)

The Food Festival located at the top of the pavilions will be open to all attendees from 9am serving breakfast.

Pre-Event Exhibitor Access Monday, 15th September Stand Dressing Only - No loading in or construction of any kind will be permitted.

This must be completed by 20:00 Sunday 14th September.

If you plan on attending during the build time, entry will be via the loading bay or side entrance only - both are clearly marked on the next page.

IMPORTANT - High visibility vest/jacket and closed toe shoes are compulsory during build.

Exhibitor access before the event

Breakdown To receive vehicle access for breakdown, all contractors must follow the required stand breakdown procedures listed below. Voyage Control will not be used.

Ensure all stand materials and waste are fully packed and ready for pick-up.

Make sure the lorry or truck designated for pick-up is waiting in the holding area for permission.

Visit the Loading Bay Office (at the venue) and provide the following information: Stand Number

The marshalls in the holding area will locate your vehicle and direct it to the next available slot.

Please note that each slot is allocated for a maximum of 1.5 hours. There will be high volumes of vehicles on the breakdown. Please follow this timeline and don’t exceed the appointed slots.

Legends Charity Game ⚽ Monday 15th September The Legends Charity Game is a highly anticipated match between Portugal Legends vs World Legends, featuring some of the biggest names in the history of football. The Legends will compete in front of 50,000 Spectators, and in front of millions of people that will watch the game online and on TV. Every goal scored, every cheer from the stands, and every donation raised will help transform lives across Ukraine, Portugal and around the world.

Parties 🎉 - Included with your pass / wristband required Tuesday 16th September – SBC Summit 2025 Opening Party -📍Urban Beach Club After an action-packed first day at SBC Summit 2025, join us for the Opening Party at Urban Beach, one of Lisbon’s most popular night spots. This is your chance to unwind, connect with fellow delegates, and celebrate the start of the Summit in true SBC style.

The night will feature sets from two world-class DJs: Joel Corry and Imanbek, bringing the beats and energy for an unforgettable evening.
