I am delighted to welcome you to this walkthrough of the SBC Summit – our flagship show, which this year has a new home in Lisbon.
A new larger home at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL) brings with it a more streamlined name – SBC Summit, which better reflects the fact that this event is a global attraction rather than a show fixed in any particular geography. We are welcoming visitors from all regions across the world: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America.
Because of this, we believe the SBC Summit befits the tagline The Greatest Show in Gaming to reflect its industry status as a mustattend show for betting and gaming industry professionals, and that the exhibition and conference has already established itself as the
largest event in the industry in 2024. Taking place over four days from Monday 23 September to Thursday 26 September 2024 at Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), the event will occupy more than 110,000 square metres of exhibition and conference space, and welcome more than 600 exhibitors and 25,000 delegates.
Many of you may know The FIL as home to the Web Summit - one of the most cutting edge tech shows in the world, which annually gathers over 70,000 attendees, transforming the city into an international tech hub.
We already use the same amount of space and venue, and although our attendance targets are perhaps a little more conservative at 25,000, each delegate is a senior decision maker with a budget… and an expense account. So the high end hotels and restaurants in the city can expect plenty of business from SBC delegates across the week.

The SBC Summit Closing Party is the biggest ever party in the gaming industry with more than 5,000 people in attendance. The party kicks off 20:00 at Salon Tejo (located at the back of the MEO Arena) with music, complimentary bar / drinks, and lots of fun and networking.
At 23:15 the party moves into the main stadium hall of MEO Arena where you get to experience and dance to no fewer than 3 world famous DJ acts live on stage:

SBC First Pitch brings together some of the most exciting startups within the betting and gaming industry to compete for a chance to win an exclusive prize package to assist in the winner’s development and growth plans.
Five companies will be selected to pitch their products and business plans at SBC Summit, in front of an audience of industry leaders and investment experts. The winner will be chosen by a judging panel with significant expertise in venture capital and investments within the industry.
GLOBAL MARKETS LOUNGE
The Global Markets Lounge will bring together local and regional industry stakeholders at different times - whether regulators, operators, affiliates, or suppliers - who seek deeper insights into both existing and new potential markets to operate in.
The various local and regional sessions will commence with a 15-minute address from a local market expert. The speech is followed by a 45-minute interactive discussion among attendees in the lounge with the aim to answer questions, highlight issues and concerns, or share relevant stories to the markets in question.
