Once you have picked up your wristband, if you have ordered PPE from 4FE (Virtual Shop), you will need to go to the Help Desk through Registration 2 to collect your PPE to be able to enter the venue. From Monday, 28 September at 12pm, wristbands can be exchanged for an official event badge at any Registration Desk. Your access will be available until 8pm.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) PPE requirements change at 12:00pm on Monday, 28th September. Please ensure everyone attending the venue is aware of the requirements for the time they are onsite. No entry will be permitted without the required PPE. Before 12:00pm – Monday, 28th
● Steel-capped safety shoes – available to purchase from SINTIMEX (approximately 20 minutes from the venue) ● High-visibility vest ● Hard hat – only required when working at height or in areas where overhead works are taking place

These can be collected from the Help Desk, which is accessible via Registration 2. Please note that there will be limited availability of PPE to purchase at the Help Desk on site (excluding steel toe cap boots). This will be available on a first come, first served basis, so we strongly recommend arranging your PPE in advance.
Cleaning During the event, the FIL is only responsible for cleaning the corridors between the stands. Cleaning inside the stands is the responsibility of the exhibitors, unless cleaning is included as part of a Stand Package. Additional cleaning and garbage collection services can also be hired via the Virtual Shop here.
Catering If you wish to order catering please reach out as soon as possible to the below: ● sbcsummit@food-story.pt ● Click Here for the Order Form 6
The venue does not have catering exclusivity, so you may bring in outside food and drink. However, stands using external caterers may be subject to unannounced inspections by ASAE (Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica) and Public Health Authorities (Saúde Pública). External caterers must have relevant information available regarding food handling, storage, temperature control, traceability, hygiene and waste management.
Parking There is no parking available at the venue for exhibitors or attendees. The closest parking facility is available at Centro Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre. Please note that parking costs cannot be reimbursed by SBC: Centro Vasco da Gama Google Maps
Neighbouring stands Please be aware that neighbouring stands may be higher than your own. This is permitted provided they meet the venue regulations, as maximum stand heights vary depending on the location of the stand. ● Maximum build height of up to 4 meters. Restrictions apply depending on location. Where a stand exceeds 3m in height, the rear of the stand must be fully backed, so there should be no exposed or unfinished walls facing neighbouring stands. Please be aware of these differences when moving around the exhibition, as you may find that neighbouring stands are significantly taller than your own.
Noise Regulations The maximum permitted noise level within the exhibition area is 60 dB. This limit will be strictly enforced throughout the event, with no exceptions.
Keeping Noise at an Appropriate Level Please keep music and other noise at a level that allows neighbouring exhibitors to: ● Hold normal conversations ● Make and receive phone calls ● Conduct meetings without disruption The organisers will monitor noise levels across the exhibition.
7
Noise Enforcement If a stand exceeds the permitted 60 dB limit: 1. First warning: The exhibitor will be asked to reduce the volume. 2. Second warning: The exhibitor will again be instructed to reduce the volume. 3. Third warning: The exhibitor will be required to switch off all music for the remainder of the event. Please ensure that all members of your team and any personnel working on your stand are aware of these requirements.
Deliveries & Customs Deliveries via ILS ILS is the official freight and forwarding provider for SBC Summit 2026. See the bottom of hall 4 below:
8
Courier Deliveries If you are expecting a delivery from an external courier, this must be arranged with ILS in advance. If it has not been arranged through ILS, you must be onsite to receive it. SBC cannot accept, sign for, store or hold deliveries, and unarranged deliveries may be refused. Please ensure your courier has the correct ILS delivery instructions and that all parcels are clearly labelled with your company name, stand number and contact details. Waste Disposal Exhibitors are responsible for disposing of any delivery boxes and packaging materials brought onto their stand. Boxes, packaging and other waste should not be left in the aisles or communal areas. Waste removal, additional bins and cleaning services can be ordered via the Virtual Shop here.

Without the required information, your goods may be delayed in customs. Please contact ILS before shipping for advice on the customs requirements, documentation and process for your shipment.

Summit Shuttle Service To make your commute as seamless as possible, we are operating four dedicated shuttle routes across Lisbon’s key hotel and accommodation districts:
🚌 Route 1: Campo Pequeno 🚌 Route 2: Marquês de Pombal 🚌 Route 3: Baixa / Martim Moniz 🚌 Route 4: Sete Rios
Routes 1, 2 & 3 (City Hubs) - Each of these routes features a single, centrally located pickup point. We’ve strategically selected these hubs so that the vast majority of attendees staying in Lisbon's main districts will be within a short walking distance of an SBC Summit shuttle. Route 4 (Sete Rios Hotel Circuit) - This route directly services the Sete Rios region with dedicated stops at the Corinthia, Açores, SANA, and Marriott hotels. If you are staying at one of these properties, the shuttle will pick you up right outside your front door. Shuttle buses will operate at frequent intervals from 8am to 8pm, with a lunch break from 12pm to 2pm, and multiple shuttles in rotation during service periods to minimise waiting times.
