P01 BCI E

PUN TA RENAS T HE PROJECT This building is a public project awarded to OPB Arquitectos. The design responds to a high-security institutional architecture conformed by different levels. The concept builds on the customs of the indigenous group Brunca.

Due to its nature, this building has different spaces conformed in 24,245.13 m² (plus exterior works). M Y ROLE I participated in this project during my internship, while it was in the construction plans phase. For this reason, my tasks were: assisting the architect in charge, carrying out the necessary reviews on the evacuation routes and their labeling, by identifying accessibility, door specifications, and access control. Likewise, I assisted in the coordination and specification of wall accessories, windows, and wall openings, along with their details. - 04 -

P02 TORRE A

ULT RA PA RK I T HE PROJECT This design corresponds to a private project awarded to OPB Arquitectos. In order to renovate this office building, the client requested a proposal for remodeling and adding a leisure area. The firm made the conceptualization and coordination plans. The total of this project is 4,556.32 m².

M Y ROLE I participated in this project during the internship. My task consisted of setting the internal space and generating renders, based on the preexisting concept and the specifications of architects and consultants. To achieve an optimal result, I coordinated with the people in charge at the firm.

P03 DE S ARROL LOS M EGA N UN CIAT URA

T HE PROJECT This preliminary project for a residential tower of 13,980 m² was a submission from OPB Arquitectos for the Desarrollos Mega competition. The design tries to seamlessly blend with its surroundings by incorporating textured elements and the connection with nature through vegetation and visuals.

M Y ROLE During my internship, I got involved in this project by contributing to the conceptualization and character of the building, generating ideas through the creation of mood boards. Additionally, I assisted in modeling by using the BIM methodology with the Revit program. - 06 -

P04 CCPs

LI BE R IA T HE PROJECT This public project was awarded to OPB Arquitectos firm, aiming to create a secure environment for the development and socialization of children and young people in the area. The project encompasses various spaces within 791.55 m² (plus additional works) to fulfill its mission.

M Y ROLE I worked on this project during the internship period and later during the professional practice period. My contributions centered around the bio-climatic study. In this way, I generated a study of climatology considerations to obtain bio-climatic design criteria. After the preliminary project phase completion, I performed analyses of shading, natural lighting, solar radiation, and incidence. These analyses were made in order to meet the client’s specifications.

P05 DE L EGACI ÓN

DE S A MPA RA DOS NORT E T HE PROJECT This project, awarded to OPB Arquitectos, entails an 860.91 m² building designed as a Police Delegation with mixed uses. The emphasis of its design is creating functional and healthy spaces, aligning with functional, technical-constructive, and budgetary requirements. M Y ROL I participated in this project during the internship, professional practice, and later as an architectural assistant. It’s worth noting that the culmination of this project was submitted as part of my Bachelor’s degree, earning an outstanding distinction. I actively participated in the sketch and draft project phases for the delegation. I also collaborated with the modeling using the BIM methodology with the Revit program. Additionally, I took on responsibilities in internal team coordination, addressing aspects like compliance, task assignments, and information updates. I actively engaged in all coordination meetings with the involved institutions. Furthermore, I collaborated with consultants during the preliminary project stage and the creation of construction plans. On the other hand, I helped by coordinating with various suppliers to specify details of furniture, equipment, and windows.

Lastly, I produced the bio-climatic design report encompassing climatic data, an analysis of light-shadow hours, a ventilation study, and a radiation study. This delegation was concurrently developed alongside seven other buildings; as such, my involvement in each task extends to every building in the project. - 08 -
