Welcome To The Team David Jativa, Site Superintendent David is a highly motivated frontrunner with an established 5+ year track record in overseeing the construction of multi million dollar commercial, automotive, institutional, and multi unit residential building projects. Serving as a detail oriented construction supervisor on multiple commercial projects, David demonstrates the value of planning ahead, adhering to project timelines and building partnerships. He works collaboratively with our valued trade partners, architects, engineers, sub trades, vendors and local officials to ensure completion of a project within time and budget. Todd brings over 23 years of Construction Management experience to the Saywell team. His long term management and coordination experience in the industry provides clients with the advantage of a manager who possesses the proficiency, diplomacy, and aptitude to forecast, circumnavigate and overcome project challenges. Todd’s background is rich with construction managerial and coordination experience including concrete office towers, major commercial retail renovations, multi-storey wood frame construction and land development projects. He has a brilliant understanding of how to integrate relationships, planning, budgets and scheduling in order to bring projects to successful completion. With 20 years in the industry, Keith has acquired experience overseeing all facets of construction and supervision of numerous Commercial, Institutional and Multi family projects. Keith demonstrates his in depth knowledge of the construction industry through his leadership on site, critical planning skills and thoughtful execution of projects. His dynamic background has given him advanced skill sets to manage and control project scopes, budgets, requirements, deliverables, and resources. Keith endeavors to achieve the highest standards for clients, as well as harmonizing information between the production team and the clients.

Feature Project Q U A R T E R L Y C O N N E C T Alexandria Place Team Members Project Manager: Bonnie Hunter Superintendent: David Binder Project Coordinator: Holly Rivet Project Start: May 2021 Project Completion: March 2022 Value: $3.8 Million Location: Qualicum Beach Project Type: New Construction Alexandria Place is an 18 unit development consisting of 15 one and two bedroom residential units and 3 commercial spaces fronting First Ave. The owner purchased the property with an existing development permit, so the consultant team we put together was working with an existing design. David and Derrek pushed things along on site through the winter and tenants began moving in mid April.

It will have plenty of seating area for a great dine in experience as well as the option for take out, if you are on the run. We are very excited to see this great design come to fruition in the coming months.

Team Members Project Manager: Bonnie Hunter Superintendent: Andrew McVie Coordinator: Louise Turch Start: March 2022 Completion: October 2022 Value: $1.8 Million Location: Nanaimo Type: New Construction Pre engineered warehouse building for one of our previous clients in the Green Rock Industrial Business Park here in Nanaimo. At approx. 9,400sf, this building is phase 2 for the owner, who chose us over the contractor who completed phase 1 for them. They already have secured a tenant for the entire space, and the improvements for that are rolled into our scope.
