For End of Year Celebration
The End of the Year Celebration is on Thursday, December 5th. The party is for employees only.
You have the option to make your own flight reservation. Please review our travel policy in the employee handbook located in Sharepoint, or you can contact our travel agent, LXR Travel, who will make your flight reservation for you. They can be reached at lxrtravel.com.
If you make your own flight reservation, please send your flight receipt to Jen Tosi. You will be reimbursed for the cost of your flight. Please note we will not reimburse for rental cars. Please use Uber or Lift and send your receipts for reimbursement.
We can make your hotel reservation for you. You will need to send us your check-in and check-out dates. We have a direct bill with the Hyatt House in Parsippany. If you choose to stay at another hotel we do have a maximum reimbursement of $200.00 per night.
We encourage you to take some days to work in the office while you are in NJ. If you plan on working in any of the SAX offices, please make sure to reserve your spot through Skedda. Please see instructions on how to do so on the next page.

In order to accommodate those who wish to work in one of our offices, we are utilizing the Skedda Booking System.
Everyone is required to reserve their space in advance
You should have received an email inviting you to confirm your login:
Copy the link and open in Chrome (right-click on the link, Copy Link, then paste into the address bar on Chrome).
Create your password, and then the application will launch.
Make sure you are in MAP view Select the correct Day Select East or West for Parsippany, or NY.
Select your seat by clicking on the green dot. Everyone can reserve Alcoves (cubicles)
All offices in NYC can be reserved by Partners, Directors and Senior Managers
Gallery (exterior wall) offices in Parsippany can be reserved by Partners
Atrium (interior) offices in Parsippany can be reserved by Partners, Directors and Senior Managers
Once you click the + , a booking window will appear. Click the green bar
Confirm the day and time are correct then click on Confirm Booking
You will receive a confirmation email from Skedda immediately:
You will receive another confirmation email on the 2 hours before the start of your reservation. You need to check in with this email - If you do not check in within an hour of your arrival time, your booking will be cancelled.
