A proof of purchase MUST be provided alongside the product in order for a replacement to be given. This warranty covers only defects in the functionality of the product; if the product has been damaged or incorrectly installed then the claim for replacement will be deemed invalid. The standard warranty covers defects in design, materials and workmanship. Under the warranty Save Light Ltd will replace any product deemed to be faulty. The Standard Warranty excludes consumable items such as lamps, fuses and batteries. The Standard Warranty is void if the fitting has not been installed and maintained in accordance with Save Light’s instructions and if the fittings has been subject to abnormal conditions of use, including installation in ambient temperatures above 25 °C, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (e.g certain cleaning agents, salt spray, or other corrosive substances) or abnormal electrical conditions. In particular, the Standard Warranty excludes consequential losses & damages and any costs associated with the removal or re-installation of fittings.

Lighting Design Service

Save Light is a fresh and progressive company with over 30 years of combined experience in the lighting market, and we have carried out lighting designs that cover all sectors of the industry. We design using all the relevant CIBSE (Chartered institute of Building Services Engineers) standards although we can design to meet the clientâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s special requirements, provided these meet UK legislations. Full 2D & 3D designs are achieved using Relux lighting design software. Using this software also allows us to provide an indicative drawing of the layout to aid installation if required. We provide designs on all aspects of the project from exterior to Interior as well as emergency lighting to meet all current standards. We can also provide onsite surveys to determine the lighting requirements of a particular building, which is especially important when the plans of an existing building are not readily available. Please be aware however that we cannot perform detailed surveys as these must be completed by professional surveyors. Save Light can also offer advice on economical lighting and, if provided with the necessary data, we can provide energy saving calculations which can prove invaluable when considering any lighting projects and obtaining any available funding. We are keen to work as part of any project team following the project from concept to completion and beyond, to ensure the project is completed in a timely and stress-free manner and to our exacting standards This is a free-of-charge Lighting Design service, using the latest computer-aided lighting design software.
