4. Yearsofparticipationdonotneedto becontinuous.
5. Onlyyearsactivelysailing from SYCcounttoward thetotal.
6. Membersmustnominate themselves bysubmittingaresume. Allnominationswill bereviewedandapprovedbytheSailingCommittee.
