POOL HOUSE IS A PATIO AND POOL HOUSE ADDITION TO AN EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY HOME. THE PROJECT’S GOAL WAS TO CREATE A SEAMLESS INDOOR-OUTDOOR LIVING EXPERIENCE. THE ADDITION INCLUDED ALL NEW HARDSCAPING, A NEW DECK, POOL, HOT TUB, POOL HOUSE, AND LANDSCAPING, CREATING A WELCOMING SPACE FOR ENTERTAINING AND RELAXATION.

VAULT IS A MID-CENTURY MODERN HOME PURCHASED BY A YOUNG COUPLE. THE PROJECT FOCUSED ON VAULTING THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM CEILINGS, WHILE DESIGNING AND BUILDING A NEW KITCHEN AND MASTER BATH. THE KITCHEN CASEWORK WAS DESIGNED TO MATCH THE EXISTING MAHOGANY THROUGHOUT THE HOME, BLENDING THE ORIGINAL CHARACTER WITH A MODERN UPDATE. I LED THE PROJECT THROUGH ALL STAGES OF DESIGN. ALL DRAWINGS, GRAPHICS, AND RENDERINGS ARE MY OWN.

MODERN RANCH IS A RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING SINGLEFAMILY HOME. THE SCOPE INCLUDED NEW KITCHEN CASEWORK, MUDROOM CASEWORK, A NEW POWDER BATH, CREATING A NEW OPENING BETWEEN THE DINING AND LIVING ROOMS, AND OPENING UP THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR. AS THE LEAD DESIGNER, I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY STAGE OF DESIGN.

CHAMFERED RETREAT IS A RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY HOME OWNED BY A RETIRED COUPLE. THEIR PRIMARY GOAL WAS TO ADD A MASTER SUITE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE WHILE SEAMLESSLY INTEGRATING INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES. THE PROJECT ALSO AIMED TO REVITALIZE THE HOME WITH A NEW KITCHEN, UPDATED BATHROOMS, AND REFRESHED EXTERIOR MATERIALS. AS THE LEAD DESIGNER, I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STAGES. ALL DRAWINGS, GRAPHICS, AND RENDERINGS ARE MY OWN.

STATION 3 COFFEE IS A RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING UNFINISHED COMMERCIAL SPACE. THE DESIGN EMPHASIZED SITE PLANNING TO FACILITATE WAYFINDING TO THE ENTRANCE AND CREATE AN INVITING OUTDOOR AREA. THE PROJECT INCORPORATED VARIOUS CLIENTMADE WOOD COMPONENTS AND MURALS THAT NEEDED TO BE INTEGRATED INTO THE DESIGN. THE INTERIOR FEATURES BEAUTIFUL LOFTED CEILINGS WITH EXPOSED WOOD STRUCTURE THROUGHOUT.

WINK IS A BOUTIQUE COMMERCIAL EYEWEAR STORE LOCATED IN A FORMER OUTDATED BAKERY. THE OWNER ENGAGED US TO DESIGN A SPACE THAT WOULD ACCOMMODATE BOTH THE EYEWEAR RETAIL AREA AND AN OFFICE FOR THE BRAND. I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY STAGE OF DESIGN THROUGH TO THE PERMIT SET. ALL DRAWINGS, GRAPHICS, AND RENDERINGS ARE MY OWN.

NEST HEADQUARTERS IS AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING WHERE WE WERE ASSIGNED TO DESIGN A COMPLETE RENOVATION OF LEVEL 1 ALONG WITH A CLERESTORY ADDITION. THE CLERESTORY WAS INCORPORATED TO ENHANCE NATURAL LIGHT IN THE CENTER OF THE SPACE. THE NEW COMMERCIAL AREA WILL FUNCTION AS BOTH OFFICE AND CONFERENCE SPACE. ADDITIONALLY, THE BUILDING WAS UPDATED TO BE ACCESSIBLE, WITH A LIFT AT THE ENTRANCE AND AN ADA-COMPLIANT BATHROOM. THE EXISTING EXPOSED ROOF RAFTERS WERE RETAINED AND INTEGRATED INTO THE NEW “REVERSE PERGOLA” ABOVE.
