Project is proposed to make the residential colony for migrant workers, Daily wagers or people with prime priority of affordability.

Project is also proposed towards the material impact in space and deriving structurak possibility of ferro-cement modules.

Housing for around 200 people distributed in 50 units of 25-30 sqm and community spaces like common toilets common kitchen and common siting.

Allotted site is based in south bopal, for now used as area dump yard and surrounded by open land at 2 sides and one side connected with road of 6 meter.

Cluster is made such way that every unit has 1200mm front yard and open balcony on the top so it creates two type interection spaces.

Context

Site is surrounded by two side free land area covered with trees in the south-west there is ISRO building for research, in the south ISRO guest house.

Site is connected with Secondary Road.
