A pair of shoes lie on the floor

A whispering wind

A closing door

The feet that filled them

Are no more

Lonely shoes

upon the floor

Cast aside, forgotten yet

One single tear

A cheek is wet

Lonely shoes that must forget

The joy they had

Each single step

Replaced again, by something new

It wasn't them

The feet Just grew

So they lie remembering you

All you did

And all you do
