Gnaw on the wood of despondency,
Let slivers of doubt cut your tongue.
Down slides the blood-filled anxiety,
To the pits of depression and dung,
In swirl insults and some gossipings,
Out comes the result with no lies.
If what goes in causes upset and tears to flow,
What comes out will attract only flies.
