The Client

Founded in 1934, Tridel prides itself on building high-quality luxury homes and condominiums. As Ontario’s Home Builder of the Year, the company has been recognized for discovering the best locations, sourcing superior materials, and working with award-winning suppliers and consultants. After building over 87,000 homes in the last 85+ years, its values remain rooted in building happy communities and upholding high environmental standards.

The Brief

Looking to perfect their gift program, Tridel reached out to Saul Good to better align their closing gift with their core values and diversify its appeal given the company’s widely multicultural clientele. The goal was to create a cohesive experience to welcome Tridel homeowners while telling a good story for the community. Tridel’s customer care team was also looking to streamline the process of receiving, storing, and distributing gifts onsite.

The Solution

With Tridel’s values top-of-mind, the Saul Good team set out to build a ‘Good Gift’ filled with the must-have community minded essentials for new homeowners. We curated a collection of breakfast goodies featuring a variety of Indigenous owned businesses like Wabikanki pure maple syrup and Tea Horse wild rice tea. The gift features a cheeseboard made from locally recycled chopsticks, fair trade hot chocolate from Soul Roasters and wild blueberry jam from Provisions Foods. The ‘Good Gift’ also positively impacted the community by supporting Aboriginal Printing – the country’s largest 100% Indigenous owned commercial printer.
