A fully containerized, transportable and completely self-contained Renewable Biomass to Energy System.

TurnW2E™ Transportable Biomass to Energy (TBE) system is a fully containerized, transportable, completely selfcontained renewable biomass to energy system. The system is delivered in five standard 40 feet ISO containers to enable easy movement and decentralized processing of biomass and other suitable feedstock to convert into energy. The system comprises of 5 modules. Each module is housed in standard ISO container dimensions and consists of Module 1 - Feed system to prepare and transport the feed Module 2 - Gasifier system to convert biomass into a

combustible gas named syngas Module 3 - Gas cleanup system to remove the

pollutants from the gas Module 4 - Gas utilization system to convert gas

into usable energy and Module 5 - Control system for operation and

monitoring of the system

TurnW2E™ TBE utilizes a gasification based technology that is able to convert a varied sources of carbonaceous materials, such as biomass into renewable and alternative energy products such as electricity and steam. TurnW2E™ TBE incorporates series of gasification components, designed to operate together and continuously. TurnW2E™ TBE systems are able to process materials of varying sizes and combinations. Suitable feedstock of 8 to 12 inches can be processed directly in the onboard feed processing module that includes a shredder that further sizes the feed down to less then 1 inch, allowing for even process flow flow into the core processing unit.
