2 UEC Transformation Programme A new working group has been established in partnership with ED colleagues to promote a culture of zero-tolerance of poor behaviours from colleagues, patients and other hospital visitors. A “Perfect Week” is being planned on Ward 11 to measure the impact implementing the SHOP model on both board and ward rounds can have on patient journeys

at Board Round and Ward Round
Learning The excellent Ward round simulation programme continues. This is a half day training session which is multi professional and open to all grades of doctors and nurses. We particularly need consultants or senior HSTs to take part to lead the ward round. Feedback has been excellent.
