Let’s make a difference-together January often brings resolutions and goal-setting. One of our priorities continues to focus on improving our culture and behaviours within the Trust. The Board is keen to continue to identify what should be done differently, and what we should do more of together. To do this we will be working collaboratively with a specialist team at Clever Together to co-create a positive culture and start a conversation so that you will be able to contribute to how we are ‘Making a Difference Together’. Everyone will be able to put forward ideas and vote on other colleagues’ suggestions 24/7, and unlike a physical workshop you can return to it as many times as you like. It's completely anonymised and hosted independently so you can contribute in a safe space. ‘Making a Difference Together’ is a platform that will enable every colleague within our organisation to have their say, share experiences of working in the Trust and help paint the picture of what our culture looks like. Every contribution (thoughts, feelings, ideas) will be evaluated and analysed by our independent insights partner Clever Together, who are running this project. This online conversation will launch next Tuesday. More information on how to get involved will be released next week.
