Join our flu drive! Today we launched this year’s flu campaign—probably the most important one we’ve ever had. Winter is just around the corner, and with COVID-19 still impacting on our services, there has never been a more important time to protect yourselves, your families, your colleagues, our patients and our hospitals. The flu vaccination is one of the most effective interventions we have, and whilst it will not protect against COVID-19 infection, it is the best defence against catching flu. W are appealing to all of you to have your free flu jab, particularly those on the frontline, those who are more vulnerable and those who are in contact with our patients. Because of ongoing COVID restrictions, the way we way we administer the vaccine will be different this year.
