J. Benton Heath is an Assistant Professor of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. His research and published work focus extensively on international investment law and arbitration, including on treaty reform and on the relationship between investment treaties and matters of state regulatory autonomy, disease control, and security. Professor Heath previously worked in both government and in private practice and has represented clients in investment treaty arbitrations, commercial arbitrations, and related matters.
