MISSION St. Pius X School serves God in communion with the Roman Catholic Church by fostering moral, social, and intellectual growth within a college preparatory setting to teach young people to be ethical leaders in service.

GOALS & STRATEGIES

Goal 1:

Community of Love

Live our tradition of being ethical leaders in the service of others.

STRATEGY To reach this goal, we will: ● Revamp service hours program to focus on impact instead of hours (to include students, teams, and clubs). ● Develop service opportunities for families, alumni, faculty, and staff. ● Implement theological reflection for stories of impact, track and communicate impact. ● Utilize all of the resources within the St. Pius subscription of x2vol to track, and communicate community service project.

Goal 2:

Community of Hope

Establish the potential to support high qualified faculty and staff, financial stability, and state of the art facilities ensuring the SPX tradition of excellence.

STRATEGY To reach this goal, we will: ● Identify key performance indicators for sustainable funding. ● Develop an enrollment growth strategy that includes sustainable tuition assistance. ● Initiate short term and long term plans for facilities, including identification of funding sources. ● Ensure that SPX attracts and retains exemplary faculty and staff who inspire as they teach and serve. ● Assess the corporate structure of St. Pius X High School.

Goal 3:

Community of Faith

Unite the greater St. Pius X community through prayer and service.

STRATEGY To reach this goal, we will: ● Create a community of faith committee. ● Engage all pastors and church leaders in school life. ● Create opportunities for prayer and faith for families. ● Create a prayer and faith component for alumni. ● Increase faculty, staff, student, team and club participation in prayer and faith.

Community of Excellence

Faithfully execute the standards of high quality Catholic education.

STRATEGY To reach this goal, we will: ● Expand cross curricular and course offerings alignment to improve learning outcomes for students. ● Establish external partnerships for innovative academic growth and career opportunities. ● Foster a culture that cares and invests in the professional excellence of faculty and staff. ● Adopt an intentional approach to change.
