CHAPTER 1 - PROJECT: VACATIONAL HOME, SECOND YEAR
DESCRIPTION:
Located in the Lush Green area’s of Saral (Alibaug), offering a great scenic view, The design blends in with the surroundings, creating a mystery while keeping the ground floor from the upper half, coming down to the lower floors each bedroom has been provided with a persoal view of its own and giving it a sense of privacy, yet connecting it with nature.
An outdoor patio with a swimming pool has been provided which opens to the great view of the hills. The region chosen offers both the height and the scenic view of the waters that have been incorporated in context to the design.
The use of Plants bothe indoors and outdoors is what majorly connects it with the surroundings, tho being inside the houe, one feels a sense of security as well as connects with the outer part while being indoors.

PROJECT: SHOPPING MALL (THIRD YEAR)
SITE AREA: 7030 SQM
DESCRIPTION: A Third Year Project, Located in Baner, Pune with a FAR of 2.0 and permissible ground coverage of 50%. The permissible height of the building allowed is 60 m. Leaving setbacks of 12 m in the front and 6 m each on the sides and rear. Giving a height of 6 m Floor to Floor, the design was based on creating an innovative facade since the front part of the site lies in West thus gaurding from the harsh sun rays the design serves a total number of 4 floors with a total built-up area of 3500 sq.m
