Vision The Chiang Mai is a former city renowned for its excellent air quality. However, in recent days, this city has to deal with air pollution problems from neighboring countries. Which has an impact on the well being of the people in Chiang Mai. Wouldn't it be better if Chiang Mai had areas with clean air during periods of the highest air pollution?
The causes of PM2.5 The problem of farm burning.
Construction dust
Industrial Activities
Transportation
Other activities such as smoking, incense burning, paper burning, fireworks, and grilling can also be causes that lead to the generation of particulate matter in the air.
8
Problem
The issue of air pollution, particularly PM2.5, has been widely discussed and raised as a national concern in recent years. However, for Chiang Mai, the problem of smog has been a persistent issue for a long time, dating back to the year 2007. Since then, residents of Chiang Mai have been living with polluted air, experiencing respiratory issues and challenges associated with the persistent haze.

Vision The museum is located on Pracharat Sai 1 Road. The district has many local carpenters who can produce handcrafted wooden products. Today,community-produced items are of very high quality, including shaved wood, wood turning, and wood carving. But The Bang Pho area is facing a shortage of skilled successors in the community. The new generation perceives wood working as difficult to access or no open-minded. They want to preserve the craftsmanship's identity while, at the same time, woodworkers must adapt to the new and emerging technologies.

Perspective section 1
Nowadays, companies often experience continuous growth and change, but people may not be aware of it. Wouldn't it be better if the architecture could showcase the development and changes in their office? Therefore, I plan to create a vacant space for development and design according to their desires. The project owner aims to make an office that enhances the appearance, making it standout, beautiful, energy-efficient, and incorporating modern technology while being environmentally friendly.

“The indoor area has proper natural light. Additionally, users can experience the aesthetics of the space.”
"The building benefits from increased natural light and ventilation, contributing to a more inviting and comfortable environment. Furthermore, the project can lead to a reduction in areas that require air conditioning."
This project can product a energy by solar cell panel . The solarcell have 236 panel and solar flex 121 panel for the project. In addition, producting an energy is 802.075 unit per day.
Collecting rainwater and reusing wastewater can help clean solar panels, leading to increased solar cell efficiency. Furthermore, wastewater can be used in toilet. Reducing PM2.5 by using a water spraying machine.

KITCARBON We inserted our project’s BIM revit file in the one- click LCA ‘s website by using one-click LCA’s Run in cloud’extension tool in Revit. After that we key in other necessary details with in the previous phase such as Building Materials, before runing the tool. According to the results calculated from KITCARBON tool, we discoverd that the total carbon cost of this project is quite similar to the previous, which is 4525.29 Tonnes in the previous phase of the building life cycle 29
From our innovations, we can reduce the carbon emission from energy consumption and water consumptioh by 165.1 tonnes CO2 eq/yr.And from the total carbon emission of 4525.29 Tonnes CO2eq/yr from the Kitcarbon platform,we can estimate that the carbon amount will be fully compensated within 27 yrs.
