Employee Anniversary R ASM happily recognizes the workplace anniversaries of our professional staff.
Michelle D’Aiuto, Professional Standards Administrator, Executive Services, celebrated her one-year anniversary with RASM in January.
Michelle has enjoyed getting to know RASM members, staff, board members, Business Partners, and committee participants. She has been busy working on bringing RASM’s Professional Standards Department into the digital age with an online Case Management system called CasePro for all Ethics and Arbitration cases. Michelle also took part in the strategic planning meeting, and coordinated the annual Installation Banquet.
Michelle and her husband are getting used to life as Empty Nesters while their son is attending HOFSTRA University in New York.
“Both professionally and personally, I have undergone lots of changes in twelve months,” said Michelle, “but I for one think it has been a great year.” •
