Hemlock Studio has an agile way of working — our small studio is collaborative with alike design groups and specialists talent under one independent studio.
Young family purchased property and severed the lot for development. Proposed build project is a multi unit development, 2 single family homes and 2 laneway homes. The project is located in Cedar Cottage area, East Vancouver. Project is currently in pre-construction; layouts, architectural package is complete, building permits have been submitted and the design planning phase can begin. Projected finishing to be completed in Spring 2022.
Hemlock Studio is a design consultancy that specializes in spaces that question the line between indoor and outdoor living. Our focus is designing spaces that improve how people use and respect the natural surroundings.
Project objectives 1.
Develop a cohesive design theme throughout the main house and laneway home, then duplicate the symmetry to the 2nd lot and near replica single family home and laneway home.

Achieve simple and attractive design to appeal to potential buyers.
3.
Streamline interior design process by providing clear options for approval. Be time efficient with project management and keep project budget at top of mind for material selections.
