Analysis and Projection For this exercise, I studied Louis Khan’s Trenton Bath House and through my research, I produced projection and analysis plans and models. Khan’s use of geometric shapes lead me to provoke the implementation of geometrical forms.

The Satori Pavillion After the analysis and projections studies, I designed a pavillion implementing elements of Khan's Bath House. The plan consists of similar yet varying square rooms, with triangular roofs intersecting above.
The entrance of the pavillion is mirrored, creating not only beautiful light reflections, but leaves you with a curious and intrigued feeling.

Space - EX 1 Exercise one allowed me to explore tectonic and stereotomic methods when working with a three-dimensional space. Below are the plans and section cuts for both physical models.

Form - EX Through the process of collaging, model making, drawing and digitally visualizing certain shapes, I conceptualized threedimensional forms from those primitive shapes.

Surface - EX 3A By studying Ensamble Studio's Musical Studies Centre, I was able to explore its materiality, texture and patterns to understand how surface plays a role in the design process of a building.
After analyzing the building's elevation, I reimagined the analysis drawings to depict what I found to be the most heirarchical aspects of the surface

Following the studies of surface, I created two interior spaces using different materials. During this process, I considered how light, texture and other qualities could bring the space together. I then recreated the models using Photoshop to express the application of materiality in my design.
