All wiring is to be supplied by others. All low volt connections hooked up by L.J.Denner & Sons.

All kitchen, dryer, and bathroom exhaust ductwork wilt be installed by L.J Denner & Sons lnc.

All gas piping to be by others.

Guarantees:

Summer: we will guarantee 75o temperature inside when 95o temperature outside.

Winter: we will guarantee 70o temperature inside when 0o temperature outside. We will guarantee material and labor for one year. The compressors have a ten year factory warranty,
