Dark and rich tulips are dear to my heart, and one of my absolute favourite flowers in this luscious colour palette. You just can’t go wrong with these.

We have this at the entrance to the Rose Garden on both sides of the path – a pool of purples and mauve-pinks, nothing too pale but with a kind of shimmery light glancing through it. Bronze fennel provides a soft, aromatic froth between the tulips.
