Saplys Architects Inc., since its inception, has been known throughout the hospitality sector as a premier firm for architectural designs dedicated to forging long lasting partnerships with owners, investors, hotel brands, and communities. During our evolution, with over 125 hotel developments and growing across Canada and the U.S., working with global brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Sonesta, and Choice Hotels with their limited and fullservice offerings, SAI has become known to deliver designs that are both visually pleasing and cost effective. Our evolution has led to the design of conference centres, residential buildings which include mid to high-rise rental apartments and condominiums, retirement residences, commercial office and retail, industrial, and adaptive re-use.
Our group of companies include VP Studio Architects Inc. delivering services in the U.S., Fabiani Architects Ltd. delivering custom residential designs, multi-unit stacked and row town-homes, interior design by API Design Studio Inc., and ID related procurement.
