Happy Holidays & best wishes for 2025!
Dear Team
It’s been just twelve months since we came together as one truly unique region and I’m delighted at how much progress we’ve made, jointly, as one team.
The collaboration, the opportunity, the sharing of ideas and insights: this is what team work really means, and we can only continue to build on it further in the year ahead.
For me, the top three highlights of the year are:
1. Collaboration — we have loved seeing MUs learn from one another and bring new inspiration to other parts of the region
2. Innovation — we’ve experimented and tried out new initiatives and programmes — some have excelled, whilst others might not have always worked, but unless we try, we never know. We’ve learnt a lot along the way. And our recent Partner Survey is testament to this.
3. Success — we’ve won awards, as a team and as individuals, we’ve won new deals, we’ve expanded and we’ve grown (think about the Move Together campaign), and appreciated our colleagues through new programmes like the Shout Out inititative.
Thank you all for everything you’ve done in 2024 to make this union a success; I’m excited to see what 2025 brings!
