L’intera casa è stata abitata fino a poco tempo fa e quindi ancora in ottime condizioni. La casa si sviluppa su 4 livelli: un piano terra dove si susseguono sale a giorno; un piano superiore con le camere; una mansarda da ristrutturare ed un piano seminterrato. Gli esterni Exteriors
Tutta la proprietà esterna è di oltre 20.000 mq e tutta rivolta ed affacciata sul Golfo dei Poeti quindi esposta a sud ovest. Il giardino antistante alla casa si sviluppa a terrazze nel tipico stile ligure. Nella parte della proprietà più vicina al mare si estende una vasta zona boschiva e coltivata ad ulivi.
