Inaugural 2023 Year 12 College Leaders This term, we appointed the inaugural 2023 Year 12 College Leaders and celebrated a special Blessing and Commissioning Mass with the whole College. The proud parents of our Year 12 leaders were invited to take part in the Mass and a short ceremony, where they were invited to pin the leadership badge on their child. A special thanks to distinguished guests Bishop Vincent Long, Fr Carlos Walker, and Robyn Preston MP Member for Hawkesbury. In October, we participated in 'Socktober' for Mission Month, partnering with Catholic Mission to invite our students to connect with young people experiencing challenges in the developing world. To raise awareness, we had a 'Crazy Sock Day' and families were invited to donate to Catholic Mission. In total, we raised $3196 thanks to the generosity of our families.
Big Sister's Lunch Group Two Year 12 students (Hollie Ford and Courtney Keating - both aspiring teachers who are enrolled into ACU's Step Up Into Teaching program, are working with a group of ten Year 3 students every Monday lunchtime. The aim of the group is to provide positive female role models within the College and across grades, to create positive relationships between older and younger students, to build social and emotional skills through play and talk, and to strengthen positive friendships amongst the Year 3 students as they participate and have fun.

Ambrose provides active, engaging and fun programs before and after school, and during school holidays. Located in the school grounds, the service provides a safe, familiar child-friendly environments and offers a wide range of exciting activities to children of differing ages, interests and needs.

From the beginning of 2023, Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta will have a new name, Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese Ltd. The organisation will also have a new governance framework. It is not expected that these changes will have an impact on the day-to-day operation of schools, or upon students, parents and carers, and parishes. Further information is available here.

This year our Parish will be celebrating our first ever Christmas Carols Event - Carols on the Green. We are so excited to get together with the entire community to celebrate the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Our talented and diverse community of singers and musicians will be signing the night away with carols in English, Spanish Mandarin and Tagalog!
