Strengthening Santa Gertrudis promotion: The power of membercontributions

Effective marketing is at the heart of growing Santa Gertrudis cattle sales, expanding membership, andboostingthebreed’spresenceacrossAustralia.

Achieving this requires a united effort from members, particularly through contributions governed by Regulation 7.4, which ensures our breed promotion is consistentlyfundedviaannualpublicityfees.

Each year, Santa Gertrudis members play a crucial role by contributing 1% of the sale price (excluding GST) on bulls and registered females sold for breeding purposes (whetheratauctionoroutofthepaddock).

These contributions are essential in sustaining the breed’s visibility and supporting marketingefforts, including:

Publications–Memberdirectories,brochures,pamphlets
