Health Coaching: Science + Art

In this 90-minute interactive class, learn about the emerging health coaching profession. Also, discover the art and science behind how health coaching is effective (including its ethics and scope) and who this profession can help. Walk away feeling informed, inspired, and hopeful, with new ideas about how you approach certain aspects of your life.

Buddhist Yoga And Meditation

In this new class you will learn that by calming the mind, one can reduce stress, anxiety and be able to free oneself from depressed mental states. One develops the sense of peace, which is the fertile ground for a feeling of joy. By learning the simple steps of mind calming, one will find themselves mentally renewed and refreshed to face the challenges of daily life.

Stress Relief Mandala Workshop

Treat yourself to a focused healing session of stress relief by creating mandala art. Journey deep into your subconscious mind and explore the real you by allowing shapes, forms, and colors to express your authentic self; the experience is transformational. Mandala artist Evelyn Gretchen will walk you through the steps.

Qigong (pronounced “chee gung”) is China’s rich tradition of self-healing using movement, breath, and awareness. Learn short, enjoyable selections of standing, sitting, and walking Qigong that train relaxation, stretching, agility, and inner strength.
