OUR VISION
OUR PLAN
From the beginning, SFC’s mission has been to honor God by preparing the Christian leaders of tomorrow. With the current state of our world today, it is clear our vision is more important than ever. We need well-educated, brave Christian champions to take a bold step and lead the next generation.
Our 17-acre campus originally housed a hotel built in the 1940’s—it was never intended to be a school. After gathering a great deal of expert input and feedback from the SFC community, we have finalized a Master Plan of which the City of Solana Beach and Coastal Commission unanimously approved.
Providing the premier learning environment necessary to prepare our students for the
• 20 Middle & Upper School classrooms – open, flexible spaces designed to
twenty-first century, we must create beautiful, functional aesthetic spaces that inspire learning. We have a Master Plan. Part of this plan is a 35,000 sq. ft. Quad Complex that serves as a beacon that fuels hope and faith in the SFC family as we continue our journey into the bright days that lie ahead.
OUR COSTS The Quad Complex will require approximately $22 million to build, including construction, finishes, technology, and landscaping. To date, generous gifts from donors have helped us raise $18.5 million toward this effort.

• New makerspace & robotics lab – students explore and learn in a hands-on, experiential way • Middle & Upper School art spaces – two studio spaces will house visual arts program • Faculty workspace – open environment for teacher collaboration • Café – flexible indoor and outdoor fellowship spaces • Upper & Middle School administration offices • Increase parking & traffic streamlining – underground parking, consolidated drop-off locations, and car queuing at SFC, not on neighboring streets • Campus beautification – inspires excellence through the landscape, hardscape, and classroom designs
