Dear SFC Family and Friends, Welcome to Santa Fe Christian’s Annual Auction and Celebration, where, together, we celebrate 45 years of raising Christian leaders. We are grateful for your support and delighted we get to enjoy this evening as a community in person! Through God’s grace, we have accomplished a lot together this year and are excited for the bright future ahead! We are thankful for a community filled with those who desire to build the best experience for our students with the ultimate goal of preparing them to go out into the marketplace as Christian leaders. While this evening is about raising money for our students, it will be a night full of fun too. This year we have taken more BOLD STEPS! We’ve completed our $22 million capital campaign for the 44,000 square foot Quad Complex which will open this August. We are experiencing great re-enrollment and admissions for the 2022-2023 school year. And, among the many student successes, it was great to watch our varsity boys win a no-hitter at Petco Park! College admissions decisions are at our doorstep, and we are proud of the seniors. Not to mention our outstanding teachers who continue mentoring and teaching with a missional purpose each day – we applaud them! We salute you, our generous, faithful, and loving community, who have continued to partner with SFC throughout the years. Our goal for tonight is to raise money to support and enrich the SFC experience for every single student. Your generous giving enhances every SFC program, and teacher training and provides tuition assistance – it will immediately impact our students today. STEVE & TERRI CARTER AS THE 2022 FAITHFUL SERVANT AWARD RECIPIENTS EACH YEAR at Santa Fe Christian’s Annual Auction and Celebration, we honor deserving recipients with the Faithful Servant Award. This award celebrates the selfless generosity of those who have made a lasting impact at SFC. This year, we are pleased to announce Terri and Steve Carter as the recipient of the Faithful Servant Award. Terri and Steve are proud parents of two SFC alumni daughters (2016 and 2017). During their years at SFC, Terri and Steve consistently sought to leave an impact through simple acts of service and warm hospitality. Terri faithfully served on the Spiritual Life Committee, service teams, and supported the arts program. Steve coached Middle School soccer and tennis as well as served on the Board and numerous committees. Once their daughters graduated, Terri and Steve continued to pour into the SFC community by launching the Eagle Empty Nest Club – an initiative to keep parents connected to SFC once their children had graduated. Join us in congratulating this year’s award recipients, Terri and Steve Carter. We are grateful for the lasting impact they have made on the students and families at Santa Fe Christian.

SFC has made every reasonable effort to describe each item correctly. All items are sold “as is” by Santa Fe Christian Schools. The items are sold without warranty, expressed or implied, and without representation by Santa Fe Christian Schools as to the actual value of an item, either for tax purposes or for general use. According to the Internal Revenue Service, only the amount paid for an auction item in excess of the fair market value of that prize is tax deductible.
ONLINE AUCTION You may register to bid online at santafe2022.ggo. bid/bidding. Those who have RSVPed to attend the celebration as well as those who have self-registered will receive a text message with a personalized link on their smartphone. Clicking the link will log the bidder into the online auction with their personal account. To bid on an item, enter the item number and set your maximum bid. The bidding program will enter the next minimum raise for you and automatically increase your bid as needed to stay in the lead. When you have been outbid, the auction software will notify you. Some items have a “Buy It Now” option. If a bidder chooses to “Buy It Now,” the bidding for that item is complete. Otherwise, the bidder with the highest bid at the time of the online auction closing is declared the

LIVE AUCTION A professional auctioneer will conduct the live auction. To place a bid, raise your pre-printed bid number high until the auctioneer acknowledges your bid. Following the close of bidding for each item, the auctioneer will announce the winning bidder. This constitutes a legal contract to buy.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT Our express check-out system is designed to speed up your departure at the end of the evening. Simply do the following: Please opt to allow SFC to retain your credit card information either when making your online RSVP or when checking in at the event. This will serve as payment for any purchases that you make. You will not be charged if you do not make any purchases. At the end of the evening, go to the check-out station to receive a summary of your purchases and to collect your certificates. You do not need to see a cashier. Your finalized auction receipt will be mailed to you the following week. All winning bids must be entered before statements can be printed, therefore check-out will become available at the end of the evening.
