At the heart of our community are the core values of Scholarship, Mentorship, Companionship, Stewardship, and Worship that flow out of our love for Christ and are known as “The Santa Fe Way.” To help support your family spiritually, we have also created The Santa Fe Way Prayer Journal, a daily prayer book rooted in these core values and designed to encourage your personal time with the Lord.

THE COMMONS – A central location where many of our events take place.
THE FLIGHT DECK – The student-run store is where you will find all your spiritwear needs and snacks for any time of day.
THE LANDING – Our student-run coffee shop run by our High School’s Business and Entrepreneurship program. See the students in action and order your favorite latte – or try the fan-favorite cinnamon roll!
THE NEST – The Nest is the official student fan section at SFC. Watch as SFC spirit comes alive during games and student events to cheer on our school. Check out @thenest_sfc on Instagram where you’ll find the Nest dress theme for each game. Go Eagles!
THE BLACK BOX THEATER – Located in the chapel, this performance venue hosts many of our High School theatrical events, such as Improv and Wednesday Night Live.
All-School Events
AUCTION – Every April, we invite our families to attend and support SFC’s auction. Your generosity enhances academics, arts, athletics, and security while keeping SFC accessible through financial aid. Together, we elevate SFC from excellent to exceptional.
CHAPEL – Since God is the author of all things, SFC students have an opportunity to glorify, honor, and praise Him through participation in the school’s chapel program. Students in Elementary, Middle, and High School attend chapel weekly, and they focus on the specific needs of each age group. Typically, there are inspirational speakers, a time for worship, and prayer.
CHRISTMAS GALA – This traditional SFC event is a beautiful and festive celebration created as a thank you to those who donate or pledge $3,500 or more to our Annual Giving Drive. It’s a perfect way to launch into the Christmas season!
HOMECOMING – Typically held in October, Homecoming is a high-energy, communitywide celebration where families, alumni, and students come together to reconnect and cheer on the Eagles.
SENIOR BUSINESS WEEK – This event is the culmination of the senior Economics course, where students develop and run team-based businesses and invite the school community to participate during Senior Business Week in May. Proceeds are then given back as the Senior Class Gift.
SPEAKER SERIES – SFC brings in experts who speak to our parents about issues that children and parents face in a variety of areas such as mental health, social media, and culture. These sessions are open to our families and the greater community.
VETERANS CELEBRATION – In November, SFC hosts a special annual celebration to honor our U.S. military Veterans for their service. At this community-wide event, SFC families, grandparents, and friends are invited to come enjoy and partake in celebrating our heroic Veterans.
Opportunities
ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS – These courses are a great way for students to explore interests, develop new athletic skills, or ensure an academic pathway. Throughout the school year, there are a variety of afterschool enrichment programs for our K-5th graders. We offer a selection of fun courses to extend your child’s learning experience such as Robotics, Improv, and Cheer.
GLOBAL MINISTRY AND COMMUNITY
PARTNERSHIPS – The primary objective of our Global Ministry and Community Partnerships is to glorify God as we mentor students in spiritual formation: fellowship, study, service, prayer, and sharing faith. Additionally, we hope our students develop empathy and build cross cultural connections, learning from the cultures and communities we seek to serve as well as from our fellow team members. In years past, our students have partnered with organizations locally and internationally. They have worked in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, France, Iceland, Italy, Nepal, Peru, Rwanda, Thailand, Uganda, Arizona, Texas, San Diego, and West Virginia.
MUST SEE SFCtv! Livestream broadcasts are 100% student-run and include game coverage, special events, and weekly chapel. During the football season, the crew of nearly 30 high school students actively report, commentate, direct, and produce a live broadcast at football games.

EVERY THURSDAY AFTERNOON you will receive our SFCWeekly – an email containing letters from each principal, important dates, and upcoming events. These emails come from our Director of Marketing Communications, Dawn Saunders. Adopt a Senior is a wonderful way to support our 12th grade students and their families as they complete their final year at SFC. This behind-the-scenes ministry lifts up every SFC Senior in prayer.

Men of SFC aims to connect SFC dads and build a community of godly men to serve our school in a Christ-like fashion. They gather once a month to hear an uplifting message, be inspired, socialize and eat.

WOMEN OF SFC
Women of SFC desires to connect and deepen the faith of every woman in the SFC community. Monthly, the Women of SFC gather for breakfast and an encouraging message; and weekly, Moms in Prayer meet together informally to pray. Additionally, women are given the opportunity to join Mentor360!, where current SFC moms are paired with seasoned moms for one-on-one mentorship.

ANNUAL GIVING REFLECTS A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO FUNDRAISING, focusing on one unified effort as a school to raise money to accelerate campus improvements, innovative programs, student experiences, and financial assistance. The campaign kicks off each October and allows us to be thoughtful stewards of your time and resources while inviting every family to prayerfully consider how they can participate. Our goal is 100% family participation, as each gift, no matter the size, reflects a shared commitment to our community.
A Note from the Director of Advancement
From the beginning, philanthropy has been at the heart of this community. Santa Fe Christian is built on the shoulders of the founders’ prayer, faith, and generosity. In fact, the down payment for this land, these beautiful 17.5 acres we now call home, was made possible by a gift from one of our founding families.
This legacy of giving is part of what makes SFC so special! It is our families who believe deeply in the mission of SFC and faithfully invest in it year after year that make an impact!
Tuition covers all operations at SFC, but your gifts act as an accelerant to enhance our campus and offerings. We have a clear focus to care for our teachers and our students. We have a Teacher Endowment and a Student Tuition Endowment, ensuring SFC remains competitive in salaries and continues to offer need-based tuition assistance. PARKING is strictly enforced Monday through Friday from 7am–4pm. Please do not park in these spaces during school hours.
A Note from the Security Supervisor
At SFC, the safety of our students, staff, and families is a top priority. Our campus is supported by a dedicated security team using advanced technology to keep the school monitored and secure at all times. You can expect to see security personnel stationed at every entrance and exit, greeting guests, directing traffic, and helping ensure a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
For your convenience, designated parking and drop-off areas are clearly marked on the campus map. We kindly ask that all families park in approved SFC spaces and avoid staff or handicap spots unless authorized. As a courtesy, a note will be left on vehicles parked in restricted areas as a warning. If you are unable to find parking on campus, we also have overflow parking at North Coast Fellowship at 940 Genevieve Street, conveniently located just down the street.
We also believe it’s important to be a good neighbor. Please help us maintain positive relationships with surrounding businesses by respecting their space and following campus parking guidelines.
