The apartment has an Energy Saving System that cuts off the Air conditioner Power. this happens when you leave the and open the front Main door. Whenever you Leave the apartment, the apartnent power turns off the rest remain.

When you enter the apartment you must click the Energy Saver button switch. This restores the electrical power Just for Air Conditioners. You must do this every time you enter the apartment.
The power only turns ON when the Main door is closed. Likewise, if someone stays inside the apartment, just press the "Energy Saver" switch and that's it!
