We love spending time with our dog, Bruno, and we are both avid sports enthusiasts.

Although we both have full- time jobs, we are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM A.C

The apartment has an Energy Saving System of the Air conditioners that turn off when you leave (When open the door main door or open the balcony.)

Whenever you Leave the apartment, the power to the apartment turns off and only the Wi-Fi and some escentials Remain.

When you enter the apartment you must click the Energy Saver button switch. This restores the electrical power. You must do this every time you enter the apartment.

The power only turns on when the door is closed.balconyand themain doorare closed.

Likewise, if someone stays inside the apartment, just press the "Energy Saver" switch and that's it!

It's less than 7 minutes and a cost less than COP $20,000 / USD $5 Likewise, from the apartment there is public transport service at all times. I recommend using the InDrive APP to move around the city and RAPPI deliveries.

Keep the noise at an optimal level, so as not to affect coexistence with our neighbors.

Any damage to furniture or appliances, towels, sheets, bedspreads will be charged to your card or Airbnb account.

The use of the washing machine and dryer is prohibited and is ONLY for the use of the cleaning team. Remember - it is not on the list of what we offer.

To use the sofa bed, you must do the following:

You can use one or both sofa beds depending on the number of people.

Move tables and other furniture away from the wall to create enough space.

Move the backrest to one side to unlock it. Then lower the backrest until it is completely horizontal.

Always use the sheets we provide (located in the closet) so you can sleep better.

POOL TOWELS

These towels are used EXCLUSIVE for the pool area Inside the condominium They are identified by Colorand you can use them to lie on the sun loungers in the pool area only.

SHOWER USE BATHROOMS

Turn on the shower.The left side is hot water and the right side is cold water. Find the temperature that you like best .

Always open the ventilation grille from the bathroom to avoid condensation inside the apartment.

WASHBASINS SIPHONS

To avoid bad smells in the bathrooms please keep the SIPHON drains closed and only open them when using the sinks. This happens because of the humidity in a Coastal area and because there is no constant circulation of water all the time.

We Recommend to use a Temperature between 18 and 22 Degress. In this way the humidity of the area wont make condensation inside the apartment and you will feel more fresh and Comfy.

Push the switch located in the Living Room and or next to the Main bed in the Room.

Control the speed with the Cord

Shut down when not in use.

USE GAS OVEN

Follow the steps below...

Press the power button and leave it pressed

Meanwhile, use the lighter to light the gas pilot light inside the oven.

Hold the oven knob down for 20 seconds to heat the pilot light.

Press and hold the power button for 1 minute.

Then adjust the desired temperature

KITCHEN UTENSILS

I recommend that you always wash your kitchen utensils to avoid animals or insects. "Remember that you are in a tropical area and there is more humidity."

TRASH

If you have a large amount of trash or garbage inside the apartment, you can throw it in the garbage shut.

This is located next to the floor elevators almost in front of the access to the apartment. We'll leave you extra garbage bags in case you need them."

RECOMENDATIONS

When returning from the Beach Please use the Oudoor Showers located in the Pools area.

" With this you will feel more comfy with no rests of Sand inside the Apartment. “

If you come with your Dog Please use the exterior Shower. Before you enter to the Apartment.

The Condominium has Security Guards in the Lobby, Parking and Beach Entrances 24/7.

SWIMMING POOLS

Four (4) swimming pools and umbrellas forenjoy from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Through the back door you have direct access to La Boquilla beach.Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.You must obey the rules of the Condominium in the outdoor areas. For the Pool you can use the Towels inside the apartment for this purpose with yellow or red stripes. Note: Pets are not allowed in the Pool area.

GYM & TURKISH BATH

You can use them according to the condominium schedule,They are located next to the beach exit.

You can reach this supermarket by walking from the apartment. It is located next to the Sonesta Hotel, 3 blocks north. You can buy the groceries you need.
