Listing Price Upon virtually meeting, be prepared to show our team around your home. This video tour can be done over the phone using Facetime or Whatsapp video. During the tour, we ask that you provide any upgrades or special features about your home that would be of notable interest to a buyer. From here a marketing analysis will be prepared to obtain the final listing price.

Virtual Stage Our stagers are able to meet you in the same format; online.

During the meeting you can provide a virtual walk through where the stager can give you pointers and ideas to make your home picture perfect.

Photography & Virtual Floor Plans During this time, we ask that you leave the home vacant for at least an hour.

Prior to arrival, we request you disinfect any surfaces that a photographer may have to touch and that all lights are turned on. Our photographer will be wearing gloves and using sanitizer when required. Once photography has been completed, we will then proceed with a 360-degree tour.

To avoid a collapsed sale, seller stress or the number of buyers through your home, you can opt to pre-inspect your home. As a seller, you might worry about how the buyer’s inspection will go. It can be nerve-wracking waiting to hear what comes back from the buyer’s home inspection if you haven’t had an inspection yourself.

The buyer will find something “scary” and collapse the sale (i.e, walk away and decide not to buy your home)? If so, then you would need to put your home back on the market and find another buyer, likely having to accept a lower price in a falling market (although we will fight our absolute hardest for you!) By having a pre-inspection, you can rest easy while the buyer is in your home at their inspection because you know what they will (or will not) find.

Qualified Buyers Typically, in most real estate transactions, there are 2 agents involved: listing and buying. As a listing team, in situations when we do bring our own buyers, it is important for your safety and time that the buyer’s are qualified buyers only.
