JUST CHECKING IN BY SANDRA PIKE

Greetings from HOME! Our team decided on the spur of the moment, to put together a newsletter for our clients and friends. We are all at home together getting thru COVID,Tiger King and now the latest tragedy that has touched each of our hearts. At times I will be honest, I felt that that there was no silver lining in all of this. Having a week or so to process, the silver lining for me is indeed gratitude and appreciation for every day. Life is precious. Enjoy every moment. Virtual Hugs Sandra

For us as agents, we all have been working from home for several years. For some of you, this is a total new experience and quite the adjustment. Family/Work boundaries. Virtual Meetings. "one good thing about music is when it hits, you feel no pain" Bob Marley To me, music is one of the basic necessities in life.Life will be colorless without music. It has been shown that music has the power to heal. It is a stimulant for the mind and the soul. There is music for every emotion. Listening to music can enhance or suppress feelings. If I’m happy, music adds to my happiness. If I’m sad, music reduces sadness. If I’m depressed, music gives me hope. If I’m angry, music calms me down. For many people, music is an outlet for their emotions. Some write songs, some compose, some play songs on instruments, some sing. There are so many ways to express yourself through music. Music can save you from boredom. And beautiful music has the power to make you feel euphoria, open up your imagination and connect with your soul. Shane Anderson

GARDENING in Porter's Lake OMG, I just started my own garden. Diane's GREEN TIPS Start with an area which has gravel as a base Add gardening soil with added nutrients to the soil for faster seeding and results Plant seeds approximately 6” apart and in rows, keeping track of what you have planted and in what rows Add peat moss to the soil for added help in planting Plant same seeds in rows, once you place the seeds appeared 3” from the surface please add a tiny pinch of bone meal to each individual hole where you have places your seeds. (it really jump starts the growing process.) Once all seeds are planted please cover your garden with a plastic dome as this keeps the moisture in the garden, the wind won’t dry them out Watering is super important and check your garden daily for sprouts and health of your plants as they mature

Until next Time STAY SAFE
