This large four bedroom apartment in a gracious pre-war building has been completely transformed as the interiors were brought from dated to impeccably chic. Careful attention to detail and flawless craftsmanship are evident throughout the renovation.
All new finishes and mechanical system upgrades added to the overhaul and resulted in a striking modern residence. Working closely with prominent designer Jamie Drake, we carried out his creative vision in this successful renovation.
The kitchen was completely demolished and rebuilt to an exacting standard. The honed marble flooring, sleek custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel detailing reflect the designer’s modern aesthetic.
The “before” state of this apartment in a notable Fifth Avenue building was dull and dated with an awkward layout, requiring a complete gut renovation. The design team created a sleek, ultramodern residence in tune with the needs of the new owner.

The design and meticulous execution of this boldly glamorous pied-à-terre overlooking the High Line is all about the details. We worked directly with the designer to accomplish the vision of his clients, passionate art collectors who live abroad. Flooded with natural light, the space seems to shimmer with reflective and highly lacquered surfaces, all of which we painstakingly crafted to achieve the desired effect. Flawless details, such as gold leaf wall panels and custom millwork, required careful execution by our team. This close collaboration resulted in client satisfaction and the added honor of being featured in Architectural Digest.

Befitting its owner, a former Miss America, this residence in the landmark Sherry Netherland hotel is glowingly beautiful. What began as a cosmetic renovation quickly expanded to include all new bathrooms, a kitchen remodel, and custom millwork throughout.
In order to carry out the sophisticated, fresh design by CeCe Barfield, this project called for the utmost in craftsmanship, expertise, and attention to detail. Our white glove contracting services ensured that the renovation achieved the high style envisioned by the designer and client.

The elegantly detailed vestibule separates entertaining areas from private quarters with three pair of seamless Harmon hinged doors. An intricate pattern of two types of marble has been expertly crafted on the vestibule flooring.
Custom built-in bookcases and millwork in a cerused oak finish are complemented by faux painted columns to match in the handsome library. Mirrors above the fireplace mantel are engineered to raise up to reveal the hidden television.
Kitchen cabinetry, also in a cerused oak finish, play off the adjacent study and elevate the galley kitchen into a design statement.
Behind the scenes: We tackled the significant challenges of upgrading complex electrical and plumbing systems that in earlier renovations by others had been routed through the common walls of neighboring apartments. Diplomacy with our client’s neighbors and expert workmanship within their apartments were mandatory.

Eric Cohler, our team carried out his vision of a classic New York residence with a fresh, contemporary feel. The apartment, in a traditional downtown building near Washington Square Park, had not been updated in over 50 years. Our project scope included the gut demolition and complete reconstruction for this exquisite transformation. Attention to detail was first and foremost and our team crafted elaborate millwork, intricate herringbone hardwood floors, and luxurious surfaces and finishes throughout.

This duplex pied-à-terre in a highly sought after Rosario Candela building on Fifth Avenue hadn’t been updated in decades and required a significant renovation to suit the owner’s empty nest lifestyle. Two of the bedrooms overlooking Central Park were combined into an expansive master suite with his-and-her bathrooms and generous closets.
In addition to the complete layout transformation, our services extended to mechanical and structural improvements including a four-zone central AC system, asbestos abatement, refurbished steel Juliet balcony window, and new iron staircase.

In this complex loft renovation, a former garage was transformed into a three bedroom apartment with an open plan live/work space. In addition to construction management of this gut renovation, we worked on behalf of the owner to negotiate a substantial settlement after a roof leak caused significant water damage.
