Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you may relax and fully prepare for your journey.
You may take full advantage of our showers, saunas and relaxation areas before and after your treatments.
Whether you prefer to go bare, sport a swimsuit or wear undergarments during your treatment, the choice is yours — we want you to be completely comfortable. We can also provide disposable undergarments if you prefer.
We provide lockers for clothing and other personal items, but we ask that you please leave valuables locked in the safe provided in your room.
Unfortunately, if you are running late for your appointment, we cannot extend service times due to a late arrival. We will give you the total time remaining for the time slot that you are booked for.
If you can’t make your appointment, need to reschedule or cancel, we require at least four (4) hours advance notice. Regrettably, if the required notice of cancellation is not given, you will be charged for 100% of the service or package price.
Pricing is inclusive of government tax and sales tax (where applicable). Prices may be subject to change. Prices are in U.S. Dollars.
An additional 12.5% service charge will be added to the listed prices upon checkout.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers from your second trimester onwards. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting the most suitable treatment for you during this special time.
A Digital Detox — Your spa experience with Red Lane® is an essential part of your relaxation journey. We encourage the spa to be seen as a technology-free environment. We suggest that you leave your phone in your hotel room safe to make the most of your experience.
