We can’t believe we are here!

If you are looking at this magazine, you are now part of the six-year journey it took for our family to get to the wonderful world of wholesale. It’s an incredible story we hope to share with you one day.

But besides all of that.

My goodness, are we so excited to meet you! It is an honor to be here with you.

We are the co-founders of KingdomGirl™, based here in sunny Miami, Florida. Our only desire with this business that God has given us is to get the Word of the Lord out to as many as we can in a more hands-on and robust way than many churches have been able to in 2024. Let’s face it: more and more people are choosing NOT to meet Jesus in the four walls of the church.

So we must bring Him to them. We must be creative in how we meet them.

People may not go to ministry centers much anymore, but they will go to the mall. People may not read their Bible but will see themselves in and buy a bracelet. Let’s reach them.

Many are hurting and hopeless all over this great country of ours and don’t feel as if the church is where they can safely go. Many know the Lord and need a more tangible way to share His Word. It’s our job to reach them. All of us together.

And we are here to help make that happen.

We want to partner with you to help you reach more people for HIM. We want to link arms with retailers like you to be the church outside of the four walls and bring the Word of God to people instead of waiting for them to come to us. We want to be in the trenches with you, bringing faith to the marketplace.

Our only job is to design and create products that bear the hope and love of the Lord, get them into your hands, and celebrate you when the testimonies start coming in. (We can’t wait to hear your stories!) Working together, we can arm every woman and every man with the truth of God’s Word while staying true to current trends in accessories and fashion.

If you are interested in offering our brand in your store, we would love to help. Visit us at www.yourkingdomgirl.com and click "Apply for Wholesale." A verifiable business with an EIN, website and/or social media channel, and a resale tax certificate are required. Once we verify your details and supporting documents, we will connect with you on approval!

Please bear in mind that as a Christian brand, we reserve the right to decline brands that offer goods contrary to our mission and beliefs.

Are there any order minimums with KingdomGirl™?

New accounts have an opening order minimum of $200. Reorder minimum is $100. These totals are not inclusive of tax and shipping. Orders submitted that do not adhere to the minimum order total or quantity will be adjusted accordingly and an invoice sent.

What is the wholesale discount and are volume discounts available?

Our quoted wholesale rates (in-catalog or via our website) vary based on the product and pricing is subject to change without notice. Volume pricing discounts are available for larger order quantities! Please email your representative or connect with us via our chat feature on www.yourkingdomgirl.com to inquire.

Are there free freight promotions available?

Yes! For orders over $1,500, we are glad to offer free freight throughout the continental US only. This offer is not valid to shipping locations in HI or AK. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or terms. This offer cannot be retroactively applied to past orders. Do you offer net terms or credit?

At this time we are able to offer payment installment plans through our partners at Afterpay! Eligibility is determined through a third-party. KingdomGirl™ has no authority or corporate capabilities for this program. Choose “installment payment” at check-out to begin the application process. What are KingdomGirl™ Terms of Order and Payment?

KingdomGirl™ accepts all forms of credit card payment including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All orders are on a prepaid basis with payment received before the order can be processed. Approval must be obtained for payment via ACH or corporate check. Personal checks are not accepted. What are the KingdomGirl™ shipping timeframes and methods?

KingdomGirl™ utilizes USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping method. Our standard shipping time is 14-21 business days. However, we aim to under promise but over perform so it is very likely that you will get your order much sooner! Our shipping time frames vary depending on show-travel and busier holiday seasons so be sure to plan your inventory shopping accordingly!

KingdomGirl™ is not responsible for extended service delays experienced by our carriers or for products stolen or misplaced during delivery. Once an order is accepted by our official carrier and transmitted as accepted via tracking, KingdomGirl™ is no longer responsible for the package. Refunds and replacements are not available for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

What should I do if my packages are lost, stolen, or say "delivered" but have not been received?

If your packages are officially updated as received by our carrier via their tracking systems but do not make it to their final destination, you should immediately confer with the carrier to file a claim. KingdomGirl™ is not responsible for packages once they show "accepted" or "in-transit" with our carriers. No refunds, credits, or replacement orders are available for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered. These occurrences will be directed to contact the carrier.

What is the return, refund, or exchange policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 10 calendar days following delivery for a store credit only in the instance of a rare manufacturer's defect. Return requests due to breakage during shipping will be referred to the carrier to file a claim. Return requests due to the rare manufacturer's defect or breakage will require photographic evidence to secure a replacement. Return requests initiated after ten calendar days from confirmed delivery or for any reason other than a rare manufacturer’s defect will not be approved for any reason.

How do I address any missing items in my shipment?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to promptly inspect, verify, and count all merchandise once received. Missing items must be accounted for with KingdomGirl™ within five days of delivery to be eligible for free replacement.

How do I initiate a return request?

To initiate a return, please follow the following steps:

1. Please confirm that your request fits into the guidelines as stated above regarding timeframe and eligibility for return. We are not otherwise able to complete any return requests that are outside of these guidelines.

2. Once you have completed Step One and confirmed that your return is within our guidelines, click on the Chat Icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and let us know what you need. Have your order number ready for us to assist you. While we aim to be available during our business hours of 10am through 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, we may be helping another customer or out of the office. If this is the case, please do leave your details in the chat and our Experience Team will be there soon to serve!

3. Wait for further instruction and next steps! It is our honor to help facilitate a smooth return process once approved.

Does KingdomGirl™ offer the ability to customize its product with my own brand or content?

Absolutely! We love the idea of helping our customers bring their ideas to life! As long as the design or messaging that you would like to create is something our brand can stand behind and is not already legally protected through the trademark system, we would love to help.
