SAN ANTONIO ARTISTS COLLECTIVE HOSTS SUCCESSFUL GRAND OPENING EVENT! The San Antonio Artists Collective celebrated our grand opening on December 3rd with a bang! We had a live pianist serenading our guests, served wine and light hors d'oeuvres, and even live painting happening right in front of our guests. In addition, we offered special discounts on most of our artwork and even raffled off four beautiful paintings to a few lucky winners.

It was a truly unforgettable evening, and we were so grateful to have such a fantastic turnout. We can't wait to see what the future holds for our collective, and we hope you'll join us at our next event!

NEWSLETTER MONIC REYES SELECTED FOR TRANSFORMING MINDS | IMMERSIVE NYC ART EXPERIENCE Our gallery artist Monic Reyes was selected to participate in the Transforming Minds | Immersive NYC Art Experience last December with three of her abstract paintings: The Primitive Man, Amore Puro, and Let’s Be Wildflowers.

The event featured a range of contemporary artworks that aimed to challenge and inspire the viewer's perspective on the world. Monic's paintings attracted a lot of attention from art lovers. It was a great opportunity for Monic to showcase her talent and reach a wider audience, and we are proud to have her as a part of our gallery.

NEWSLETTER MEET ANTONIO "TONY" GARCIA: TALENTED PAINTER AND TEACHER Antonio "Tony" Garcia is a painter originally from Brownsville, Texas.

He has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University Kingsville and a Master's in Educational Administration. Tony has over 20 years of teaching experience and his preferred medium is oil paint. He is known for his bold and expressive works that showcase both realism and surrealism.

Tony has exhibited in Rochester and Hudson, New York, as well as Milan, Italy and Fuertaventura, Spain. In 2021, he was published in Art Quench Magazine from Los Angeles and has also served as a lead artist and curator of exhibits in San Antonio. As an artist, Tony continues to challenge himself with every work of art and as a teacher, he is constantly learning.

EXPERIENCE THE MOOD AND MYSTERY OF VENICE WITH "THE ANGEL OF DEATH" BY JOSE ANTONIO AYALA "The Angel of Death, Venice" by Jose Antonio Ayala is a stunning acrylic painting on a gallerywrapped canvas. Measuring 30" x 40", this piece captures the moody atmosphere of the city of Venice, with its winding canals and iconic architecture. The figure of the angel, draped in a cloak of black feathers, adds a touch of mystery and drama to the scene.
