The Podiums are designed to cascade down in scale towards the sea and range in height from G+5 to G+2 storey. The basement contains car parking, services, and links to Light Rail Transit station. The Towers are crowned with cladded structural steel. The Façade has distinctive Fin profile. Built up area Plot 1: 229,596 m² and Plot 2: 249,828 m²

The hydroelectric power station in Hatta is the first of its kind in the GCC region. The 250MW station will generate electricity by making use of the water stored in Hatta Dam. It will have a storage capacity of 1,500 MWh and a life span of 80 years. The hydroelectric power station will use water in the Hatta Dam and an upper reservoir that is being built in the mountain. During off-peak hours, advanced turbines will use clean energy to pump water from the dam to the upper reservoir.

Duties And Responsibilities:
• CDE Platform - Generate BIM models and collaborated with design professionals for integration into new projects.
• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM within the standard for the multidisciplinary project.


• Oversee, coordinate, and manage BIM projects and teams.
• Upload clash report in bim track for easy access and locating the clash for all the contractor , consultant
• Communicate with the responsible BIM Manager, PMs, and Engineers to ensure project reporting and delivery.
