In Abu Dhabi, Six Construct has built the prestigious Warner Bros Theme Park on Yas Island. Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi differs greatly from normal projects regarding buildings and heavy civil construction. Not only because of its nature, but also because we were working with artistic creative consultants from the entertainment industry. Specific features and requirements like guest experience, art direction, show production, 7,430 static and 178 animated props, 68 No show action equipment, 10,667m2 of rockwork, 23,420m2 of themed flooring, state of the art thrill rides, story boards, intellectual property and brand assurance, etc., added an original flavor to our normal expertise!

The Gold Line is a rapid transit line of the Doha Metro. The east-west Gold Line runs through Doha, extending from Ras Abu Aboud Station to Al Aziziya Station over a distance of 32 km. Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium (Al Rayyan Stadium) for the 2022 FIFA World Cup at Qatar, The 40,000–seater air-cooled open stadium with a total load of 12,800 TR has a GSAS (Global Sustainability) rating of 4. Its distinctive façade, created using a cutting-edge parametric design, contributes significantly to its cooling. The unique patterns in the façade represent different aspects of Qatari culture known as Naquish patterns that characterise different aspects of the country, the importance of family, the beauty of the desert, the native flora and fauna and local and international trade. The fifth shape, a shield brings together the strength and unity of the city of Al Rayyan

The scope consists of two Towers, 50 storey high (approx.219m tall), with elliptical plan. The Podiums are designed to cascade down in scale towards the sea and range in height from G+5 to G+2 storey. The basement contains car parking, services, and links to Light Rail Transit station. The Towers are crowned with cladded structural steel. The Façade has distinctive Fin profile. Built up area Plot 1: 229,596 m² and Plot 2: 249,828 m²

The hydroelectric power station in Hatta is the first of its kind in the GCC region. The 250MW station will generate electricity by making use of the water stored in Hatta Dam. It will have a storage capacity of 1,500 MWh and a life span of 80 years. The hydroelectric power station will use water in the Hatta Dam and an upper reservoir that is being built in the mountain. During off-peak hours, advanced turbines will use clean energy to pump water from the dam to the upper reservoir.

Duties And Responsibilities:
• CDE Platform - Generate BIM models and collaborated with design professionals for integration into new projects.
• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM within the standard for the multidisciplinary project.
• Oversee, coordinate, and manage BIM projects and teams.
• Upload clash report in bim track for easy access and locating the clash for all the contractor , consultant
• Communicate with the responsible BIM Manager, PMs, and Engineers to ensure project reporting and delivery.
