proposed site was located 600m apart from the Tanjung Tuan Recreational Forest Reserved, sit at Tanjung Biru (Blue Lagoon). The site sit in between two beaches and with adjacent street (food centre & Condominium)


The uniqueness of white sand and rocks form breath-taking nature language . The whiteness of both elements are being highlighted effortlessly against the dark and dim vegetables. However, it had previously being held by Japanese and Portuguese. We can’t really empathise with all the horrifying histories , but this ancient green-land might witnessed what was happened during the colonisation.

Tanjung Tuan has evolved into a tourist destination. Once again we step the foot onto this green-land, we can only feel serenity and pleasant environment.


The histories play a significant role towards Tanjung Tuan, Tanjung Tuan won't be thrived if histories didn't took part.
The ancient green-land have not forgotten the histories but they kept in as their life experiences and still they grow positively.

CONCEPT
Inspired by genius loci of the site, the structure was proposed to silhouette against the neighbouring context, bringing benefits to Tanjung Biru while serves as an image towards Tanjung Tuan.
