Rules for Booking Rooms at Samfunnet Updated: 13.11.2025 By Chief of Administration 25, Roombooking, UKA 26 Operations Manager, and SiÅs Operations Leader

General Guidelines Always check the room booking calendar before submitting a request to make sure the room is available: https://tinyurl.com/rombooing Room bookings can be made through the linked form. Please show consideration when using the rooms and always clean up after use. Throw away all trash – most rooms have bins available. All clubs and associations must follow current rules for order and safety. New foldable tables can be stacked on trolleys (10 tables per trolley). Tables must always be strapped securely to avoid tipping hazards. Users are responsible for returning all tables and equipment properly. Incorrect storage or missing straps may lead to damages and follow-up. If the room is not cleaned after the event, the association will be charged NOK 625. Thank you for contributing to a safe and tidy Studentsamfunn!

Teaching After New Year NMBU will use several rooms for teaching after New Year. Classroom layouts can be found in the attachments: • Festsalen: Festsalen.pdf • Møterommet: Møterommet.pdf • Allrommet: Allrommet.pdf • Festspisesalen: Festspisesalen.pdf

Revue When a revue is scheduled, the following rooms are automatically booked for rehearsals: • Allrommet – the week before (from Saturday/Thursday until Saturday/Thursday at 12:00 depending on performance day) • The room where the revue is held – 3 days before the performance Apart from Allrommet and the revue room, only Grønn Peisestue may be booked for revue rehearsals. Other rooms can be booked up to one week before the revue if available.
