General Guidelines
Alwayschecktheroombookingcalendarbeforesubmittingarequesttomakesurethe roomisavailable:https://tinyurl.com/rombooing
Roombookingscanbemadethroughthelinkedform.
Pleaseshowconsiderationwhenusingtheroomsandalwayscleanupafteruse.Throw awayalltrash–mostroomshavebinsavailable.
Allclubsandassociationsmustfollowcurrentrulesfororderandsafety.Newfoldable tablescanbestackedontrolleys(10tablespertrolley).Tablesmustalwaysbestrapped securelytoavoidtippinghazards.
Usersareresponsibleforreturningalltablesandequipmentproperly.Incorrectstorageor missingstrapsmayleadtodamagesandfollow-up.
Iftheroomisnotcleanedaftertheevent,theassociationwillbechargedNOK625.

Whenarevueisscheduled,thefollowingroomsareautomaticallybookedforrehearsals:
•Allrommet–theweekbefore(fromSaturday/ThursdayuntilSaturday/Thursdayat12:00 dependingonperformanceday)
•Theroomwheretherevueisheld–3daysbeforetheperformance
ApartfromAllrommetandtherevueroom,onlyGrønnPeisestuemaybebookedforrevue rehearsals.Otherroomscanbebookeduptooneweekbeforetherevueifavailable.
Festsaleniscleanedeveryevening,sochairsandequipmentmustbemovedasidetoreduce wearonthefloors.
Room Rental Fees
