In 2020, the Board of House and Finance held 11 meetings and 45 individual cases. Since this spring, the most important cases have been the activity on Samfunnet during the pandemic. This includes UKA in Ås, as well as financial conditions and preparedness related to this. Here, there has been a changing in perspective throughout the period, since the activity has been put on hold for a few months. Side 14 av 53
The Board of House and Finance is enormously impressed with the patience of the students who have planned, rescheduled, cancelled, moved, changed and adapted to try to get as much activity as possible in a difficult time. There has been a huge variation in possible activity; •
Tuntreet has been a stable fixed point, and has been able to operate almost as normal in 2020
•
The Business Committee had great success with digital Career Day and delivered good results despite unnormal conditions
•
UKA has - in an almost miraculous way - delivered one of Norway's very few festival experiences in 2020, and can even point to a product and an economic result that is second to none for any UKEs before
•
The Board of Samfunnet’s operation may have been the one that has been affected the most, but they have not capitulated to the superiority despite the lack of activity and events. It commands respect.
All board members in these units can add to their CV that they have led an organization in a time of crisis. When GF is held, we have passed a year without normal operation at Samfunnet, and when the history of Samfunnet will be rewritten at the next anniversary, a big thank you should be given to all those who have kept the wheels going during this period. In the spring of 2020, the Core Board changed it’s name to Board of House and Finance, which was the original name. This board is the highest authority at Studentsamfunnety in Ås between the general meetings and they shall work strategically to ensure a healthy and longterm management of Studentsamfunnet. The Board of House and Finance has a special responsibility for carrying out strategic studies in collaboration with other boards and units. At the general assembly in the spring of 2020, the board also changed its composition, going from three to five external representatives, one of whom will be appointed by the board itself (in practice, this means that the board proposes the representative, while GF approves). This is done at the same time as the leaders of the different units come together in a separate forum to discuss the daily operations of the Samfunnet. The goal is to take Studentsamfunnet one step further towards the strategy for 2025. 2020 was supposed to be the year when Samfunnet tested a new serving agreement with SiÅs. So far, there has been limited practical experience with the new agreement. Investments
An important function that lies with Board of House and Finance is investments over 15.000 NOK. The board has processed two such applications the last few months. The committee of film and photography has applied for funding for photographic equipment. The Board of House and Finance has also set an investment framework for the Lighting Committee of up to NOK 600.000 for 2020, as well as up to 400.000 NOK for the four following years. The decision Side 15 av 53
was made on the basis of a thorough review made by the Lighting Committee, and an assessment from the Board of House and Finance that the necessary investments must be made over time. The investments per year must be made in consultation with the Operations and Maintenance Committee and be seen in connection with the upgrade of Aud.Max. towards 2024. There are also requirements that all available external support. Economy
The financial result for 2020 totalled at NOK 1.376.084,26, out of a total turnover of NOK 10.354.426 for the entire Studentsamfunnet in Ås. The different units deliver well at budget, despite the strange year. Tuntreet has had challenges related to sponsorship income in a demanding year but delivers good products that contribute to student welfare. In general, the Board of House and Finance considers that Studentsamfunnet in Ås has a solid economy, with good equity to support further operations. This is very positive for an organization that wants to grow and that has an old house to maintain. The accounts for 2020 have been audited and found to be in order. The Operation and Maintenance Committee
Due to Covid-19, the Operation and Maintenance Committee has finished many projects. The closure of Studentsamfunnet has given room for action to finish tasks impossible to finish when Studentsamfunnet is open. This year’s biggest project from the Operation and Maintenance Committeee is sanding and varnishing floors. Different rooms with linoleum floors will be repaired and treated with a new surface treatment, reducing the maintenance work consiberaly. The originality can also be preserved with this solution, by the request of the National Heritage Board. In terms of price, the measure ends up about 50% below what it would cost to add new coatings. Some of the steel doors on the second floor will be replaced with solid oak wood doors. Painting work will be completed in the spring. Windows to the south and east will be completely restored during the summer. NMBU is collecting price offers and will strive to make the most of the work using their own efforts.
On behalf of the Board of House and Finance Inger Johanne H. Sveen, Board Leader

5.3 UKA I Ås 2020 UKA i Ås 2020 lasted from the 1st to the 26th of October 2020, and the project period has lasted from 25th of March to 22nd March 2021. miniUKA should have been arranged 25th March to 29th March 2020, but was canceled due to the ongoing corona pandemic. The corona pandemic also led to a reduction in the size and scope of UKA i Ås 2020, but the festival still lasted for 26 days as previous years. Due to a limitation on 200 guests, the building was divided into three parts that could welcome 200 guests each: Aud.Max., Sløyfa and Bodega. UKA i Ås had a broad program, where UKErevyen was undoutbly the most popular feature. For the second time in a row, all of the music in the UKErevy was composed by us, which we are very proud of. The collected amount for Strømmestiftelsen, the charity project for UKEhjelpa, was doubled compared to 2018.. UKA i Ås 2020 had 968 volunteers, including the UKEboard, committee leaders, second in commands and other volunteers. It is no secret that working with UKA i Ås 2020 has been very different than what we had expected, but we are incredibly proud of and grateful for what we have achieved together. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed and made it possible to arrange UKA i Ås 2020, and for all the commitment, support and feedback. Thanks to you, we have managed to organize possibly the largest and longest festival in Norway in the pandemic year of 2020! The UKEboard for UKA i Ås 2020 consisted of:
Leader of UKA i Ås – Fimke Frederika Pijfers Head of administration – Helene Storlien Head of events – Guro Lervik Arntsen Head of marketing – Eirik Sønstevold Head of revue – Synneva Gjelland Head of sales – Anders Kristoffer Halsvik Sandnes Head of serving – Mildrid Angard Hoff Head of finance – Sanne Kristin Karlsen

On the General Assembly in the fall of 2019, the following goals were set for UKA i Ås 2020: •
UKA i Ås will be recertified as “Miljøfyrtårn” and take measures that further reduce the festivals climate footprint.
•
UKA i Ås 2020 will have an increased number of visitors to the UKErevue and concerts.
•
UKA i Ås 2020 will get national attention via nationwide media.
•
UKA i Ås 2020 will strive for all volunteers to enjoy their work and feel that they are contributing with something meaningful.
•
UKA i Ås 2020 will focus on including the students at VET and international students. There will also be developed a better offer for those who are between 18 and 20 years old.
•
UKA i Ås 2020 will have a wide range of food and beverages regarding allergies and preferences.
•
To mark the 50th UKA i Ås we will find inspiration from previous UKER i Ås.
•
UKA i Ås 2020 will meet the required return set by the core board.
Some of these goals have been difficult to achieve due to the reduction of the festival. We do however still think that the goal attainment has been good.
Side 18 av 53
UKA i Ås will be recertified as “Miljøfyrtårn” and take measures that further reduce the festivals climate footprint.
For the first time, there has been made a climate accounting for UKA i Ås, and it shows that the festival has a rather low greenhouse gas emission compared to similar festivals. To achieve this goal, it was important to find another solution than diesel to heat up the tents outside of the building, which we did. During UKA i Ås 2020, the tents were heated up using electricity. The artists were encouraged to travel with public transportation if possible, and none of them travelled by plane. LED-lights, which have a lower energy consumption, were used for UKErevyen and the concerts. At the time of writing this, we have not received an answer on whether we have been recertified as “Miljøfyrtårn”, but we hope that this has been cleared by the 22nd of March. Based on previous experiences with the certification, we see it as likely that we will be recertified. Conclusion: Goal (hopefully) achieved. UKA i Ås 2020 will have an increased number of visitors to the UKErevue and concerts.
With a limitation of 200 guests on corncerts and revue, it is quite obvious that this goal was hard to achieve. We have however sold more tickets to normal showings of UKErevyen than in 2018. We therefore think that the goal has been party achieved. Conclusion: Partly achieved. UKA i Ås 2020 will get national attention via nationwide media.
Since the festival was reduced, we had neither a wish or a need to promote the festival a lot outside of Ås. This goal was therefore not prioritized. Vi have however gained a lot of attention in the local news, and Khrono wrote an article about UKA i Ås 2020 after the festival. When UKA i Ås was over, we sent press releases to several large media houses, but it was sadly not picked up by anyone. At this time, Norway had an increasing infection rate and another lockdown, so the media likely shifted their focus to this. Conclusion: Not achieved. UKA i Ås 2020 will strive for all volunteers to enjoy their work and feel that they are contributing with something meaningful.
During UKA, we got a lot of feedback that the volunteers enjoyed their work and that they liked contributing to the festival. To have some specific feedback, we had a survey after the festival. We then asked about whether the volunteers enjoyed the work, if they felt safe and why they chose to be a volunteer. The survey showed that the volunteers enjoyed their work (5,1 out of 6) and that they felt safe as guests (5,2 as 6). The most important reason for why people volunteered was that they wanted to contribute to the student environment and get Side 19 av 53
to know new people. In addition to this, we have received feedback from individuals, local organisations and NMBU that UKA i Ås has been important for the well being and motivation in 2020. We are incredibly proud of and happy with this. Conclusion: Goal achieved. UKA i Ås 2020 will focus on including the students at VET and international students. There will also be developed a better offer for those who are between 18 and 20 years old.
We traveled to Adamstuen to recruit veterinary students during both rounds of recruiting committee leaders and during the recruiting of volunteers to miniUKA. This was not done before UKA to minimize the travelling between Ås and Oslo. The female choir of the veterinary students, Tonus Uteri, had their own bar in Sløyfa. In the spring of 2020, we participated in the international buddy week. All of the marketing material has been translated to English, including the UKEmagasin, recruiting pamphlet and the information on social media and the website. There were not many exchange student to recruit, but several international students were volunteers. Two out of the three parts of the building, Aud.Max. and Bodegaen, were available for those between 18 and 20 years old. In Bodegaen, there were different activities and theme parties, and Aud.Max. had a broad variety of concerts and a stand up show. Conclusion: Goal achieved. UKA i Ås 2020 will have a wide range of food and beverages regarding allergies and preferences.
UKEgrillen had gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. In Aud.Max, there were chicken sausages, to have a broader range. The menus for the gala dinners were without any of the most normal allergens, so that the vast majority could it this. In general, there was a broad selection of beer, cider, alcopop, wine, sprakling wine, cocktail on draft and drinks, but with a different selection in the different parts of the building. All of the bars in Sløyfa had alcohol free drinks (mocktails), and there were beer and cider in several of the bars in Sløyfa. We had alcohol free options for both red and white wine, and there was a broad selection of chewing tobacco (snus). UKA i Ås 2020 had tre very own drinks: UKEbeer, UKEwine and Revue soda. Conclusion: Goal achieved. To mark the 50th UKA i Ås we will find inspiration from previous UKER i Ås.
The design profile of UKA i Ås 2020 was inspired by old designs and the architecture on campus and Samfunnet. The front and back page of UKEmagasinet was inspired by old posters for the UKErevy. The UKEblog wrote a post about the history of UKA i Ås, and the Christmas calendar in December 2019 had several posts that looked back on the history of Side 20 av 53
UKA i Ås. The program for UKA i Ås 2020 was also inspired by previous UKER, with the tradition week, Gøy På Landet og Ta Sjansen. The design of the house during UKA was also influenced by previous UKER, for example with the time line in Aud.Max. UKErevyen 2020 “I full vigør” brought back the tradition of singing “Jeg og’n Thorvald” in the revue. Parts of the song could be found in all of the songs in the revue, and the name of the revue comes from the song. One of the skits brought back names from previous revues. The stage curtain in Aud.Max. was also renewed for the occasion of the 50th UKA i Ås. Conclusion: Goal achieved.
UKA i Ås 2020 will meet the required return set by the core board.
On the general assembly in the fall of 2019, a required return of 20% was set for UKA i Ås 2020. In August 2020, the board of House and Finance agreed on a new required result of 300 000 kroner. The accounting for UKA i Ås 2020 shows a return of 28% and a profit of 1 683 276 kroner. This is largely due to financial aid from the government to the culture sector, but also due to good cost control and high income from sponsors. Conclusion: Goal achieved.

Financial statement for UKA i Ås 2020 The project, UKA i Ås 2020, lasted from the 25th of March 2019 to the 22th of March 2021. The festival was held from October 1st 2020 to October 26th 2020. The financial accounting presented is being presented differently from previous UKER to match the accounting of the other parts of the house. Since UKA i Ås is a project, it is not being presented as an annual accounting for 2020 but as a project over the period of two years. UKA i Ås uses money outside the year in which the festival is held on both the booking of artist, but also for recruiting and marketing. The UKEeconomy was supposed to include the result from the festival miniUKA. In 2020 it was not possible to arrange the festival in March and therefore it will not be included. We did, however, get a compensation from Lotteri- og stiftelsestilsynet. The amount we got is 657 811,00 kr. This did, naturally, help us during the planning of the main festival in October. In addition, we did get 464 083,00 kr from Kulturrådet as compensation for the concerts held during UKA. Under follows the overview of the results from UKA i Ås 2020: Regnskap

The accounting differs quite a bit from the budgeted figures because of the pandemic. Nevertheless, we got a result of 1 683 276,00 kr and we did achieve the required rate of return for the festival sat by Hus- og Finansstyret on 20% by a good margin. Naturally, we did have lower income and costs than in 2018. We worked hard to cut costs where we could and created new and creative ways to generate income. By dividing the house in to three parts, Side 23 av 53

we could earn more from ticket sales. The bar sales are higher compared to 2018 when we look at the bar costs, this is because of Serveringsblokka and their incredible focus on details. UKErevyen continued their amazing work with looking into earning financial support outside of the organization, which is profitable and desirable. Other than that, one of the most impressing things this year has been UKEhjelpa´s work. We collected a shocking amount of 196 679,00 kr, which is more than double the amount from previous years. We transferred 200 000 kr to Strømmestiftelsen in total.
Proposed resolution The General Assembly takes note of the matter.

UAVHENGIG REVISORS BERETNING Til generalforsamlingen i Studentsamfunnet i Ås

Report from the Leader Maylinn Dramstad The Board of Samfunnet the spring of 2021 consists of the following members:
Leader - Maylinn Dramstad Head of Bodega – Andreas Røang Head of Administration – Trude Skymoen Juvkam Chief Financial Officer – Peder Midttømme Event Manager – Miranda Dørum Marketing Manager – Marek Zimmermann Concert Director – Sigrid Jordet Bruheim So far in 2021, there is not much exciting to report. The board had many exciting plans and projects this spring, but due to Covid-19 these plans have been put on hold. These last months have been challenging for all of us, but perhaps especially for some of our KSs and committee members. A special thanks to you! We hope, and believe, that the worst months are behind us, and that we have some brighter weeks ahead. Collaboration with other actors
and even though the seminar is held in a different format than first intended, the collaboration has worked well. We also have a good dialogue and collaboration with the Student Parliament and the Working Committee. Organizational development
We have moved the entrance committee to Bodegablokka and merged a few of the KS positions. The planning of the logistics behind operating committees has begun, and we will make sure this is in place before UKA in Ås 2022 starts to hire new volunteers. Activity and more
We have used the opportunity to sort out a few other tings while the activity has been down. We have developed a routine which will make it easier to understand the new serving agreement. Our technical department have figured out a good solution for streaming events, and still get good sound and experience. Arrangementsblokka has come up with good ideas for events that work well digitally, as well as events we can run as a combination between physical and digital. Bodegablokka are working out a solution which is secure for both guests and our committee members. We are experimenting with digital revues and a recording of Studentsamfunnets history lesson.
So far this year, we have had a good dialogue Side 30 av 53
Even though haven’t opened the Bodega yet, the Tuesday refills and quizzes are held physically at Samfunnet in March. We are planning to open Café Klubben as well, but in a newly renovated format. New furniture, freshly sanded floors and painted walls have been installed here. We will install new outdoor furniture on the pergola, and we believe this will be a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee throughout the spring. We also use the time to figure out a new solution to improve the room capacity and a better system for room bookings. From next semester there will be possible to sign up for your community service in Café Klubben during quiz, at Tuesday refills or Monday events organized by NU. Maylinn Dramstad, Leader of

Kajaveien, which means the moving of the veterinarians is finally here. We look forward to welcome all the veterinary students in a proper Ås-way as soon as the conditions allow. Finally, I would like to thank everyone for their patience, and apologize for any confusion that has been caused this spring. We in the Samfunnet have done our best to find solutions and understand the everchanging guidelines. A huge thank you to all committee members and KSs who have been creative, found new solutions and worked towards an opening that has been constantly postponed.

Report from the Head of Bodega Andreas Thorshaug Røang Bodegablokka vår 2021:
Festsjef: Sigrid Lyslo Wilhelmsen Overkonserndirektør: Johan Stener Maagaard Ordensvern: Hedda Meljlænder-Larsen og Emma Peistorpet Bar: Ylva Lyssand Mat: Amanda Woie Snekker: Fredrik Veggeland Café: Jardar Lindaas Bringedal Committees:
This has been a different year for all of us. A time where there have been frequent descents, and new guidelines in time and out of time. Bodegablokka has nevertheless been involved in a lot of administrative work and development of the committees. During the first months of the year, we conducted workshops. How much of the focus has been on job security and future measures on the building. Bar has worked to develop the barmenu, both by looking at new drinks that may be relevant, but also to improve the offer for those under 20 as well as non-alcoholic drinks. It will now also conduct a security guard course for law enforcement and entrance, so that you are best equipped for a normal opening of the house. A good deal of work is being done with the Serving Agreement to get the best utilization of this, and how the administrative work is to be done. An agreement that will provide benefits to both Society and the Students.
We look forward to other times, and work to be best equipped and ready for things to change. We look positively to the future. The building:
What we all prefer is to be able to have the house open for festivities, meetings, social gatherings, etc., but this has unfortunately not been possible in the last period. On the other hand, this has opened up opportunities for upgrading miscellaneous on the building. During the autumn cleaning, we had the walls in Bodegainngang, Rosehagen, Fotballrommet, and large parts of Café Klubben repainted. Some work will be done with the floor on the building this spring. We are in the process of sanding and varnishing the wooden floor in the Cafè club, Uggenspranget, Møterommet and Formandsrommet. We are also working on the project to lay a new floor in Festsspisesalen, Peisestuene and Allrommet. We have also invested in new furniture for both Cafè Klubben and Pergolaen. It will be more convenient to use Cafè Klubben as a study place. With new furniture on the Pergola, it will be possible to enjoy the nice days ahead. A project has also been started to replace the windows in the family room, the banquet hall, the corridor room and the meeting room. So that we can better take care of the heat, and lower the noise level from the outside. It is fun to see the funds from DVU are spent on projects that you acutal can see. So that we both get an aesthetically pleasing house, but

there are also upgrades that improve it technically. Thanks!
With this I want to thank all the committee leaders and committee members in Bodegablokka! All the hours, the effort, the commitment and their good mood make everyday life much easier! Even in a time out of the ordinary, you have stood your ground and been adaptable. Looking forward to working with you the rest of the year. I would also like to thank you for the trust the General Assembly has given me.

Report from the Head of Finance Peder Midttømme Honorable General Assembly! The finance block consists of:
Finance assistant: Gjermund Korbøl Thoner Accountants: Kristoffer Nyberg, Henriette Aasen and John Patrick Systad Murray KS Climate Accounting: Karin Thobro Schiøtz and Johannes Fjeldså, as well as 3 committee members KS Analysis: Sabina Langås Financial update in the spring of 2021
There has been generally minimal economic activity so far this semester. We have several large, fixed costs and are dependent on income for the rest of the year to cover these. We have not had any income from the digital events as we have seen it as more important to have a low-threshold offer for our members. Annual accounts 2020
Net profit for 2020 totalled 542 075 kr for Samfunnet. The reason for the higher-thanbudgeted result is that we have had lower costs than expected in addition to a reduced amount in the serving agreement with SiÅs. It is probably not a shock to anyone, but very little happened as planned financially. Revenues were nowhere near reaching budget, but neither were expenses. The state support schemes have also contributed to the fact that things have gone well for Samfunnet itself at such a time. The accountants have been working for a long time now to get the accounts as accurate as possible. It is an important job they do that
saves us large audit costs. I would like to say a big thank you to Elinor, my predecessor, who had control in her period and gave me and the accountants a very good starting point when we started with the annual account. Thank you very much! Analysis
Our newly established Analysis KS has started with work to identify what we can get out of what we have of available data. Here we look at the possibilities of everything from making good estimates for when guests arrive at events, to improve the estimates when we make the budget for the coming year. What direction this position takes we will see with time, but there is large potential in the sales data we are sitting on. I am very excited to see what our first KS Analysis, Sabina manages to find out! The climate accounts for 2020
Furthermore, I will highlight the fantastic efforts of climate accounts committee, with Karin Thobro Schiøtz at the helm, has laid down. They have reached their goal with a detailed climate account for the entire Studentsamfunnet i Ås. You can see how thoroughly they have worked in the case documents and presentation at GF. I am very impressed! Thanks to their efforts, we can in the future make weighted decisions about what to do to reduce our climate footprint. Now Karin is leaving, but I feel confident that the block will continue to do a brilliant job when Johannes takes over the lead. Finally, I would like to thank Gjermund who is now approaching his second year as KS in the Side 34 av 53
block, first as an accountant and now as a financial assistant. We need such commitment to ensure continuity in the block!

Report from the Head of Events Miranda Dørum Honoured General Assembly! New thinking
In my short time as Head of Events, this is the key word I am left with. As it has looked dark for the opening of Samfunnet, we have had to look at new solutions to keep an offer to our members. The Event Committee has held many digital events to offer while the house has been closed, among these it has been the first ever Digital Graskurs 0.5 and digital Semsterkickoff. We have hired a committee member for NM in Studentrevy who has been responsible for making a digital version of this event which was actually to be held during UKA in Ås 2020, but which we now get to see during the Sprell Festival. Samfunnet has, in collaboration with AU, NMBU, SiÅs and Fadderuken, started the Tårn-tournament so that people have the opportunity to find a group to do various activities in which we want to reduce loneliness among students. The quiz committee has been working to maintain the same high standard of Thursday's quiz, even while it is digital. The news committee has had to move many of its speakers, while they have planned incredibly exciting presentations that can be shown during Tirsdagspåfyll when the house reopens. Volunteering
Once again, the volunteers at the Studentsamfunnet i Ås show the incredible spirit of hard work that we should be proud of. We have worked together for the Samfunnet to be up and running even without the opportunity to exploit any benefits or feel the
effect their work actually has. In a time like this where the government makes decisions that do not benefit the students, where loneliness and heavy thoughts have never been more requested among the population, it is natural that one quickly loses the motivation to work with volunteering while doing everything else one student must. Fortunately, we have seen that the spirit of volunteering that we are so famous for lives on, even in a pandemic. A hopeful future
I am hopeful when I look towards autumn. With vaccination well underway and a government opening up for this summer's festivals, it may look brighter for us to have a normalized offer in the Community Building. I look forward to having larger theme parties, packed halls for exciting lectures, knowledgeable quizzes and revues again. If we can complete an autumn semester close to the last, we can hopefully have a more normal sponsorship week for all new students in addition to giving a proper offer to all new students who came during 2020 and who did not get a normal start in student life sin. And of course, have a varied offer to all of you members of the Student Society in Ås who have stood with us through this difficult time. Thank you
I would like to thank the entire Arrangementsblokka, which has had to adapt to new messages, guidelines and problem solution that have never taken place in previous years. Thank you so much for your determination and your ability to come up with new, creative solutions that have meant an incredible deal to the student body this spring.

The light committee has been granted an application by the House & Finance Boars and is now working on a five year plan for purchasing and upgrading the equipment we have on the house. I want to thank and boast all the committee leaders in the block for having kept their spirits up despite a lot of uncertainty and many counter-messages. It is such a joy to work with you. We are focusing on the future and the light at the end of the tunnel. again, had to be moved, but we are crossing our fingers and toes that they will take the stage in Aud.Max during 2021! The corona situation allows, and almost forces one to think outside of the box and find new solutions to how we can arrange our event. This has given us the opportunity to bring new thought and ideas to life. I want to give a huge shout out to our technical chiefs who have worked to create hybrid solutions that will make it possible to conduct events both digitally and physically, with really good quality! That makes it possible to reach out to more people than the restriction allows us! The reorganization within the block last fall has proven to be beneficial. When involving two new technical KS positions, the committee chiefs have had more room to

7.2 The Business Committee Honorable General Assembly! The Board in the spring of 2020 consists of:
Leader - Michelle Seigerud Head of administration - Kristiane Holter Head of career day - Emilie Giltvedt Langeland Head of events - Clara Nilsson Moseby Head of sponsorship - Johannes Voll Head of marketing - Andreas Kinnari Business Day 2021
This spring´s Business Day was organized on February 19. This year there were 23 companies present by digital stands - both small and bigger. 5 of the companies had the big package, which included that they also had the opportunity to have a live presentation during the day. We think that both the students and the companies were very pleased with the day, and there was a lot of dialogue between everyone of the students and the companies that participated during the day. Business Day is the smaller of the two career fairs as the Business Cometee arranges during the year, and this is a great opportunity for the smaller companies to show their characteristics. Our own career counselor at NMBU was available with her own stand at the Business Day and she answered various questions. We were actually supposed to arrange a photoshoot before this Business Day, for photos that can be used on a CV, but the restrictions associated with the pandemic did not make it possible, so we had to cancel. The Business Cometee are very pleased with the implementation, even everything had to be done digitally. We hope everyone enjoyed the day, and really hope we can arrange the Career Day 2021 physically this autumn. Other events and activities
Since the last General Assembly in November, the Business Committee has arranged a lot of events, even most of them have had to be done digitally. We have arranged “Employed - What now?” with Tekna, “Digitally study technique” with the Writing Centre at NMBU, “A kickstart at the master thesis” with the Writing Centre at NMBU, “job searching on 1-2-3” with NMBU´s own career counselor, “Tips and Tricks to a digitally Business Day”, “LinkedIn course” with NITO and “Job interview course” with NMBU´s own career counselor. We have experienced good attendance at the events, and it is noticeable that the students benefit from the positive aspects of digital events, and that you don't have you walk physically out of the door. Other events that the Business Commetee also going to arrange before the summer is “Tirsdagspåfyll: Ås-Så-Videre” and Multiconsult is going to have a company presentation.

Career Fund
The Career Fund consists of 15% of last year's surplus to the Business Committee. During 2020, 50 000 kr was granted for career-promoting activities for students at NMBU. This money was repaid when the pandemic did not make it possible to carry out the planned events. The deadline for applying for Career Funds for Spring 2020 expired on March 20th. The next deadline is September 20th. The funds that are not distributed are earmarked for the Student Society. Guidelines, application forms and previous grants are available at www.nunmbu.no Sponsorship work
During 2021, the Business Commetee renewed the agreement with Tekna og NITO. We are happy to be able to collaborate with the trade unions and hope for a good cooperation in the coming year. The sponsorship team is led by the Head of sponsorship from the Business Committee. Efforts are being made to coordinate the sponsorship work carried out by the Student Society in the best possible way. In the future, it will also work to ensure that future sponsorship agreements have a clearer climate focus. Climate
The Business Committee has assessed its own activities to try to reduce the climate footprint of the board. There have been few events with physical attendance the last semester, so the activities where a lot is emitted have been reduced, and also the possibility of reducing. The student society has presented the climate accounts for 2020, and the majority of the gas emissions to the Business Commetee arise from the transport of guests to career fairs, and travel connection to the overlapping trips. The overlap trip this spring had to be canceled due to the pandemic, and this year's first career fair was held digitally. Thus, the figures for gas emissions for the Business Committee so far in 2021 are very positive.
On behalf of the Board of the Business Committee, Michelle Seigerud, leader of the Business Committee at NMBU 2021

7.3 Tuntreet Honorable general assembly! Editorial staff:
Chief photographer: Nathalie Genevieve Bjørneby Chief of translation: Benjamin Alexander Faulkner Chief of layout: unappointed at the moment The staff also consists of 28 members on contract: journalists, photographers, proofreaders, translators, layout makers, illustrators, the distributor of the physical paper, and the web manager. There are also a few freelancers. We would wish for more members, but those we have still manage to produce a complete student paper! Editions and quantity
Throughout the autumn and so far this spring, Tuntreet issues have been published as planned, with a new editions coming out each third week, and a total of five editions per semester. We adapt the quantity according to the corona situation, but unless it changes a lot from now on, we will print 7-800 Norwegian editions and 100 English editions. The English quantity is reduced quite a lot since there are fewer exchange students, but it goes without saying that we want to continue with our English offer for the international students currently in Ås. We have changed the distribution pattern a bit. We now distribute both at campus, and in the student villages, since many work from home. This seem to work well, and almost all the editions have been picked up. After TT02 there is also a rack at Bikuben, and we hope that the veterinary students will catch interest for Tuntreet. Economy and ads
The biggest expense of Tuntreet is connected to printing costs. Apart from that, it is manly licenses and costs concerning social activities for the staff members. We are trying to reduce the license costs and, as mentioned previously, the quantity, to adapt to the situation and the number of students at Ås.This autumn we printed a few ads in collaboration with UKA. Other than that, there have been few ads. TT online
We are always trying to improve and develop our homepage, tuntreet.org, something that is especially important in a mostly digital world. This autumn we started publishing English cases alongside the Norwegian ones. Side 45 av 53
We regularly publish surveys on Facebook, and have started to actively share them in different Facebook-groups connected to the university. This has led to a big increase in responses. Thank you
Thank you to the staff at Tuntreet, the engaged students in the boards and to Samfunnet in general, as well as the rest of the student community. It is because of all the people behind the paper, and all those that read it, it is possible to produce a student paper in times like these. It has been amazing to work with Tuntreet and learn so much new stuff. Best of luck to Tord, that is going to become the Editor-in-Chief after the summer, and to the new editor that will get elected at the General Assembly. I am looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Case 8: Cases submitted in accordance with applicable deadlines 8.1 Climate Accounts of Studentsamfunnet i Ås 2020 The climate accounts of Studentsamfunnet are a purchasing-based climate accounts that include Scopes 1, 2 and 3, in addition to all relevant purchases. Scope 1 is direct emissions from fossil fuels or fuels used for transport or stationary combustion. There are no emissions from Scope 1 in 2020 as no heating oil has been used for stationary combustion or fuel for own cars. Scope 2 is indirect emissions from electricity and district heating. In this scope, the greenhouse gas emissions from the months January, February, March, August, September, November are registered at Samfunnet, October is registered at UKA and the rest is registered at the Board of House and Finance. Scope 3 contributes to the largest share of greenhouse gas emissions to Studentsamfunnet in 2020. This is indirect emissions from other activities and purchases in the value chain. The account codes are the same as in the accountings to make it easier to compare different years in the future. If the purchase consisted of several materials (like 50% cotton and 50% polyester), this was distributed between the materials. For purchases with more than 70% of a particular material (ex. 85% polyester, 10% elastane, 5% cotton) it was added under the main material. Purchases that had a greenhouse gas emission of less than 0.1 tCO2e are not included in this overview. All purchases, regardless of size or emission size, are included in the full climate accounts. The climate accounts for Studentsamfunnet 2020 show a total emission of 85.5 tCO2e. The emission categories that make up the largest share are purchases of operating materials, electricity consumption, food and beverages for sale, and waste. These contribute with a total of 51.7 tCO2e, which corresponds to 60.4% of the total greenhouse gas emissions. An individual climate account has also been calculated for each part of Studentsamfunnet. The total emissions are distributed as follows: - Samfunnet with 39.9 tCO2e - UKA in Ås with 28 tCO2e - The Board of House and Finance with 14.7 tCOe2 - Tuntreet with 1.4 tCO2e - Næringslivsutvalget with 1.5 tCO2e. The graph below shows how greenhouse gas emissions are distributed per month. It also shows that the emissions decreased in connection with the shutdown in March 2020 and increased in the autumn in connection with the reopening of Samfunnet and UKA.
