Report from the Leader Hedda Mejlænder-Larsen Honorable General Assembly! The Community Board in the spring of 2021 consisted of the following members Leader: Maylinn Dramstad Head of Administration: Trude Skymoen Juvkam Head of Finance: Peder Midttømme Head of Bodega: Andreas Thorshaug Røang Head of Events: Miranda Dørum Head of Marketing: Marek Zimmermann Head of Concert: Sigrid Jordet Bruheim The Community Board in the autumn of 2021 consisted of the following members Leader: Hedda Mejlænder-Larsen Head of Administration: Trude Skymoen Juvkam Head of Finance: Peder Midttømme Head of Bodega: Andreas Thorshaug Røang Head of Events: Miranda Dørum Head of Marketing: Marek Zimmermann Head of Concert: Sigrid Jordet Bruheim Appearing Head of Finance: Synne Strømmen Appearing Head of Events: Kristoffer Bovard Rønning This year, like the previous one, has largely been marked by COVID-19 and the restrictions that have come from it. During the springsemester Samfunnet was totally shut down and the events we had the opportunity to arrange were in a digital format, so it came as a big relief when we could finally open the Samfunnsbyggnings doors this August.
We started August with the buddy week and a limit off 200 guests at Samfunnet, and even though our events were characterized by coronary restrictions, we experienced it as if the guests generally enjoyed the events. Eventually we entered into an agreement with NMBU and we got express Covid-19 tests from them, then were we finally able open the house for 500 people, with even freer guides. The opening Norway on September 25 meant that we could finally reopen Samfunnet without Covid-19 restrictions. Collaboration with other actors This autumn, we have had a good collaboration with the Student Board of the Student Parliament's, right from the start of the buddy week and throughout the semester, we have had a good dialogue and good collaboration. Where we have, among other things, looked at the semester structure and Studentsamfunnet in Ås has been given the opportunity to provide our input to the consultation response from the Student Board. In the spring of 2020, a new serving agreement was signed with SiÅs and it is only this autumn that we have finally had the opportunity to properly try it out. The new serving agreement gives us many reliefs in relation to the serving at Samfunnet. The run-in period this autumn has revealed a number of new challenges and needs that have, among other things, led to the establishment of a new committee chair position as Bar Teknisk. In addition to this, the collaboration with SiÅs has worked well this autumn and is eagerly awaiting the appointment of a new operations manager. The student community has also had a lot of collaboration with NMBU and Ås municipality's Side 8 av 56
emergency preparedness groups in connection with the pandemic. They have been helpful in understanding current infection control rules so that we have been able to provide the best possible offer to our members when we were limited by coronary restrictions.
everyone to work on this issue at their respective committee workshops.
Operating committees Since this spring's general meeting, Samfunnet and Samfunnsstyret, in collaboration with UKEstyret, have worked extensively with the development of operating committees. The purpose of operating committees is to create a more professional organization that safeguards the knowledge across the various bodies at the Studentsamfunnet in Ås. From this spring's general meeting, Studnetsamfunnet in Ås has an accounting team and a Businessteam that is under the sponsorship coordinator for NU and the finance manager at Samfunnet. The work in the spring and this autumn has been to look at other committees that can also function as operating. So far, we have looked at committees such as ordensvern, inngang and Konsernet as operating committees. We have also seen analysis, climate accounting and linticket as operating committee leaders for the entire Studentsamfunnet in Ås.
We hope you are happy with the work done this year. If there are things you want to bring up, or you have input on other things, just get in touch. Finally, I would like to extend a big thank you to all the volunteers who have contributed this year, both committee leaders, committee members and everyone else who has stood up and kept the courage throughout the pandemic and who has made a great effort during the reopening this fall.
For a more detailed description of the year, please read the reports from the other board members.
Best wishes,
The rest of the organization In order to increase awareness of what is happening at the Studentsamfunnet in Ås between the general assembly, the permanent column we have in Tuntreet has been expanded from only covering what is happening at Samfunnet to also permanently include UKA in Ås and NU. I recommend reading it if you want to get a little regular drip from what is happening in the Kontorfløy at the Studentsamfunnet. Within the organization, we work as always to improve the flow of communication. Among other things, we are working to try to get a communication tree between the KSs. At the same time, I try to continue to send out monthly information emails to the committee leaders about what is happening around the Society. We are also working to ensure that all the volenteers at Samfunnet have greater ownership of the positions they are employed in. We have started this process now by getting

Report from Head of Bodega Andreas Thorshaug Røang Bodegablokka høsten 2021: Festsjef: Johannes Voll Overkonserndirektør: Mildrid Angard Hoff Ordensvern: Emma Peistorpet og Buba Camara Bar: Ylva Lyssand Inngang: Signe Birkeland Mat: Amanda Woie Snekker: Fredrik Veggeland Klubben: Jardar Lindaas Bringedal The building: Over the summer, the Samfunnsbyggingen has received a new coat of paint, and regained the original colors from the time the building was first constructed. We have also started a project in Halvors Hybel which is going sto start in the near future, to increase the user-friendliness of the room. The floor project that was started this spring has been completed. A new laminate has thus been laid in Festspisesalen, Peisestuene and Allrommet. While the floors in Klubben, Uggenspranget, Formandsrommet and Allrommet have been sanded.
New fire doors have also been purchased to be installed in Rosehagen. This is a project that will be done gradually over the coming winter and spring. Along with renovating and replacing windows in the family room, party dining room, corridor room and meeting room. Committees: Bodegablokka has had an autumn with a lot of variety, new guidelines and times where you have had to throw yourself around fast to have a suitable and good offer to Thorvald & Tora. They have done this with a brilliant result. Where we have gone from having seat serving with one-meter requirements between the guests and a maximum capacity of 200 guests, to now being back to normal operation
without cronarestrictions, which everyone is very happy about! Now Bodegablokka have finally been able to conduct physical Workshops again, that it is good for everyone to think ahead on further development to see what we can get better rather then adapting to the guidelines we have been thrown at uss. So that the blokka will further develop even more and be able to do the work even better. We have now finally started to practice Serveringsavtalen. This has given bar greater freedom to what one can offer at the Samfunnet of Beverages. Where work will now gradually to look at new drinks that can be put on the bar menu. Ordensvern has, in consultation with OKD, inngang and UKA, conducted two Ordensvakt courses for its committee members. This means that we raise the competence within the committees and ensure that Samfunnet is a safe place to be. Klubben has finally become fully operational, and it seems to be a great offer Thorvald & Tora takes advantage of. Where there is both a place people sit and work with school and enjoy a good beverage. We see that there is a large influx of events at the house. This means that the festsjef, in consultation with the rest of the Bodegablokka, has a number of organizations to make this work. It is fun to see that we have such a great desire from the students to use the house. Mat has got off to a great start in the autumn! The food sales go away in a flash and you can see that Thorvald & Tora are very grateful for the brilliant food offer they have now received by having their own Mat committee at Samfunnet.

Thanks! Finally, I would like to thank all the committee leaders and committee members in Bodegablokka for the fantastic effort, commitment and willingness to move forward in the most difficult year the Studentsamfunnet in ås has seen in a long time. I look forward to working with you until my last period, where we are finally back to a "Normal" everyday life.

Report from Head of Finance Peder Midttømme and Synne Strømmen Honorable General Assembly! This semester, the economy block consists of: Economy Assistant: Gjermund Korbøl Thoner Accountants: John Patrick Systad Murray, Marit Bakken, Inger Ramsberg og Siyi Hu Chief of Climate Accounting: Johannes Fjeldså Climate Accounting Committee: 3 members KS Analysis: Sabina Langås The half-year accounts for 2021 The first half of 2021 affected Samfunnet to a large extent, where we were forced to close down the house and therefore did not get to sell anything, either liquid or food. A lot of time and resources were spent on constantly planning reopening, but it did not happen and the financial situation is greatly affected by this. The income we have to refer to from the first half of the year is mainly sponsorship income and support from Ås municipality of NOK 162,750 to cover fixed costs. As of now, we have a profit of NOK 33,265, which gives us a profit margin of 10%. We are still waiting for clarifications about some major facts that we have not received yet, so the result is not completely accurate. Financial update for autumn 2021 When we planned the start up in August, we were clear that we wanted to make the events at Samfunnet properly so that the new students would get a good picture of Samfunnet is. It has cost money and we have not had any financial gain until the reopening took place. After the reopening, we have seen a completely different financial situation and it looks brighter for the last half of 2021. It has recently opened up a compensation scheme for events from July to October where we are going to apply for
compensation for the period we have had an open house, but with limited capacity. The work in the finance block New this year is that Samfunnets accoutain, climate accountain and analyzing KSs will now be operating committees with UKA in Ås. This will contribute to a better financial overview and control for the entire Studentsamfunnet i Ås as a whole.
Accountants and financial assistant There have been a number of replacements of the Samfunnets accountants in the last year and a half. This semester, we have hired three new conscientious and eager accountants, Marit Bakken, Inger Ramsberg and Siyi Hu. The accountants perform, as well as the financial assistant, a work that is absolutely necessary for us to maintain our operations as a voluntary organization. We are constantly trying to improve our internal accounting routines and maintain high accounting expertise in the finance block. This through planned accounting courses and annual settlement courses, among other things. We also want to get an accounting consultant as assistance in connection with the annual settlement. Climate Accounting Committee The Climate Accounting Committee, led by Johannes, is now working to improve the routines for keeping the climate accounts for the entire Studentsamfunnet. Not only do they look at internal routines, but also how to make the climate accounts a management tool for everyone when they make purchases on behalf of Studentsamfunnet. Furthermore, the accounts shall be used to identify the greatest opportunities for reducing the climate footprint of the Studentsamfunnet.

Analyze Committee Chairman During the first year this position has existed , Sabina has laid a good foundation in the dataset she has prepared. She is now resigning as KS, but we are sure that the work Sabina has put in will be a very good starting point for the upcoming KS Analysis. We would like to thank Sabina for the effort she has put into a position that may not be that visible for everyone, and a job that is mostly done alone . You're good! Thanks With this, I, Peder, thank you for the trust and the opportunity to work for the members of Studentsamfunnet i Ås! It has been a rather challenging, but first and foremost incredibly rewarding and educational period. I recommend everyone to attend the General assembly. Further I want to make a huge thanks to our small and wonderful financial block for a memorable year! Finally, I would like to wish the fantastic new CFO, Synne, good luck in 2022! I really have faith in you!

Head of Concert Sigrid Jordet Bruheim Honorable general assembly! Autumn came and we were finally able to open the house for our members and students at Ås. After a steadfast spring, we were certain that we did not want to hold back on anything, and to assure the students a great start to the semester. We therefore arrange no less than three concerts during the first four weeks. This meant extra work for our volunteers, but with committed people, it went smoothly! KAMARA started up the buddy week and made sure that the 200 in the audience got their tickets worth. The following week, Trang Fødsel played up to the sing-along. When it was time for the semester kickoff, we could use a corona certificate and therefore almost 500 people got to see the amazing show that Donkeyboy put on.
I would like to thank the committee leaders again for their efforts this autumn: Ida Børve Smith (Light staff), Henrik Nordtorp (Light technical), Bjørn-Eirik Roald (Sound staff), Julie Overrein (sound technical), Ragnhild Heiene Johansen (Disco ), Thale Sandvig Andresen (Artist & Booking), Ida Therese Sæverud (A&B), Rasmus Falkeid Hagland (oncoming light staff) and Bård Andersen (oncoming sound staff). It has been a joy to work with you. Status Concert block March 2020 Per now there are four committees attached to the concert block: Sound (23 committee members) Light (31 committee members) Disco (5 committee members) Artist & Booking (3 committee members)
Finally, I would like to thank the General Assembly for the trust you gave me a year ago. This year has been educational and challenging, and I am left with memories and experiences that I will take with me further!
Arranging that many concerts during a period of restrictions has been challenging in several ways. Not only has it been more difficult for those involved to plan and implement, when working under uncertain circumstances. I would like to give a big thank you to the head of committees in the block who have been working to make this possible. The booking managers have especially encountered several challenging situations in terms of booking artists for Samfunnet, but they ended up with fantastic results! This has also of course affected our economy. We were aware that the number limit in the audience could be a case, but we were surtain that we were willing to risk less income in exchange for offering the students a proper start to the semester. It has recently opened up a compensation scheme on which we will submit an application, where we can be compensated for the events we have conducted with a lower audience and usual. We have also had artists like Sliteneliten, Pløyd Mark and soon FOG, so the concert offer at Samfunnet this semester has been a wide range!

HF is the supreme authority at Samfunnet between general assemblies and our main purpose is to work with the long term strategy for Samfunnet to ensure that it’s funds and assets are managed in accordance with the General assembly’s will and for the future. HF changed its name at the general assembly of spring 2020. Formerly known as Kjernestyret, the name was switched back to the original name “Board of house and finance” (HF). In addition to this, Side 21 av 56
the composition of the board was also changed, and from having three external representatives, there are now five, one of which is to be appointed by HF itself (HF appoints, but the general assembly ultimately gives it’s approval or disapproval). At the same time, the other board leaders at Samfunnet now forms a separate “lederforum”/forum for leaders to discuss the daily management and current affairs at Samfunnet. The goal is to move Samfunnet one step closer to achieving its goals as stated in the 2025 strategy. As a consequence, the number of meetings in HF has been reduced in order for it to be easier for external representatives to attend and participate in the work on the board. THe number of items on the HF agenda will not necessarily be reduced accordingly, but it is a goal to separate the issues that relate to daily management (goes to the forum for leaders) and issues of a more strategic matter or related to the bylaws. HF has had four meetings in 2021 and processed 21 cases (the corresponding numbers for 2021 are 11 meetings and 37 cases). Since the last general assembly the main focus of the board has been the activity at Samfunnet in light of Covid-19, and the prospects of getting back to a normal, corona free activity level. The board has processed the first drafts of the budget for UKA 2022. It has been a lot of work for all parts of the organization to change plans throughout this pandemic, but we observe that this has been handled very well. We are happy that the society as a whole and Samfunnet, now are back to somewhat normality, and we are excited and expectant to see how many and what activities there will be at Samfunnet in the months to come. It is a huge task for an organization like Samfunnet to get back to normal after all this time. It is vital that Samfunnet is capable of providing activities and engaging volunteers, both for student welfare and to keep the knowledge about the activities at Samfunnet alive. HF has since 2018 been a part of the operation and maintenance committee (DVU). DVU has in 2020 had a fairly high level of activity despite the pandemic. The examples of more or less “invisible” measures are many; electrical facilities, heat, lighting and ventilation are all part of this.Since spring the flooring on the 1st floor has been replaced, the electric projects are finished, refurbishment of the windows are in proces and the facade has been painted. Since the start of the semester there have been initiated fewer projects because of the activity and number of people that have come back to Samfunnet, but DVU has it’s plans for future projects lined up. An important function of the HF-board is to approve investments for more than 15.000 NOK. Since the last general assembly there have been no applications of this type. However, HF has granted funds to the Tuntreet jubileum this year and also for a fall kick-off for “kontorfløya” (mainly the leaders of volunteers at Samfunnet).
On behalf of the HF-board. Inger Johanne H. Sveen Chairman of the board

5.4 The Business Committee at NMBU Honorable General Assembly! The Board the autum of 2021 consists of: Leader - Michelle Seigerud Head of administration - Kristiane Holter Head of career day - Emilie Giltvedt Langeland Future head of career day - Siril Bjørke Head of events - Linda Cecilie Olsen Head of sponsorship - Even Brede Sillerud Head of marketing - Andreas Kinnari The Career Day 2021 This year's Career Day was arranged on Wednesday 20th of October 2021. We decided in June that the career fair itself would be conducted digitally, but that we still would arrange other physical events related to the Career Day such as CV photography, job search courses and a banquet. This decision was made on the basis of the situation around COVID-19. There were still strict restrictions at this time, and public events with so many people were discouraged. There was a good chance that the situation with the strict restrictions would ease before October, but with the experience and knowledge we had after the implementation of the digital Business Day in February, we thought that a digital career fair could be at least as good as a physical. With a digital career fair, it opened up for companies, no matter where they are located in the country, to participate. It was still not advisable to attend events if you had some symptomes. This could prevent many from attending a physical career fair. For many, there is a lot of concern associated with such large gatherings of people so soon after the pandemic. Since the Career Day should be an offer to all students and companies, we could offer a 100% safe and secure event using the career portal Graduateland. The digital career fair was conducted with 54 registered companies, 14 of which had a live presentation during the day. This resulted in many good dialogues between companies and students, and the Business Committee leaves behind a successful digital career fair. Other events and activities In addition to the Career Day, the Business Committee has arranged a lot of other events since the last General Assembly. At the end of the spring, "Tirsdagspåfyll: Ås-Så-Videre", "company presentation and workshop" with Bearingpoint and "digital company presentation" with Multiconsult were carried out. During the autumn, it has also been allowed to arrange physical events, which had a motivating effect on both participants and organizers. We have completed events such as "Tirsdagspåfyll: New student?" with our career counselor Tone-Line, "Company presentation with VEDAL'' which included both dinner, presentation and concert, "Mental health in working life" with COWI and we look forward to carrying out the event "Tirsdagspåfyll: virkelighetens EXIT" 2th of November. Career Fund The Career Fund consists of 15% of the total profit of the Business Committee from the previous year. This money aims to support teams and associations in arranging inclusive and career-promoting events that also lead to a good study environment. There are three deadlines a year to apply for funding from the Career Fund - 20th of March, 20th of September and 20th of November. The committee responsible
Side 24 av 56
for distributing funds from the Career Fund consists of representatives from AU, the Career Center, Samfunnet in Ås and is led by the leader of the Business Committee at NMBU. Teams and associations that have previously been granted an application for support from the Career Fund include the CRE8 conference, Start NMBU, the Energy Seminar and the NITO students. So far in 2021, no funds have been distributed from the fund, and no applications have been received. We believe much of this is due to the pandemic, but also little knowledge among students about what they have the right to applycan apply for. The Business Committee will during the upcoming semesters work towards better marketing of the career fund. Sponsorship work During 2021, the Business Committee renewed the cooperation agreement with Tekna and NITO. We are happy to be able to collaborate with these unions and hope for a good collaboration in the upcoming year. From this autumn, Samfunnet in Ås, UKA in Ås, the Business Committee and Tuntreet will be gathered and start a team within sponsorship. This is a new structure for the sponsorship work, and it will secure a more efficient coordination of the work within sponsorship. It will also hopefully lead to more and better collaboration agreements and more fluid collaboration between the agencies. It is the sponsorship team that now has all the responsibility for communication with sponsors and is led by the sponsor responsible in the Business Committee. In the future, work will also be done to ensure that future sponsorship agreements have a clearer climate focus. Climate The Business Committee has assessed its own activities to try to reduce the organization´s climate footprint. There were few events with physical attendance during the spring, so then the emissions were limited. The majority of the greenhouse gas emissions of the Business Committee occur when transporting guests to career fairs and travel in connection with internal trips. Transport to the career fair in October was minimal, as the fair was conducted digitally. Due to restrictions and entry rules associated with COVID-19, this year's overlap trip was carried out domestically, not far from Ås. We saved ourselves too much emissions in connection with, for example, flights abroad. We will therefore consider the climate footprint for the Business Committee this autumn to be positive.
On behalf of the Board of the Business Committee, Michelle Seigerud, leader of the Business Committee at NMBU 2021

5.5 Tuntreet Honorable general assembly! The editorial staff At the time of writing, the Tuntreet editorial staff consists of 31 contract employees, and a small number of freelancers. Most committees have experienced smaller or larger refills as needed and have again grown after the corona pandemic.
Those responsible in the autumn of 2021 are: Editor-in-Chief: Tord Kristian Fjellheim Andersen Managing editor: Simen Walbækken Tangen Chief photographer: Nathalie Genevieve Bjørneby Chief proof-reader: Kristin Gilboe Chief of layout: Sara Thu Chief of Translation: Julie Hauge Blindheim Anniversary manager: Guro Størdal Publications and editions Tuntreet is published five times a semester, at intervals of three weeks. The circulation has been adapted as the corona situation has eased, and we will continue to adapt as needed. We try to minimize waste, and at the same time reduce costs. This autumn, we have printed between 700-800 Norwegian and 100-200 English editions. We distributed in the spring mostly in the student villages, but we have now gone back to distributing on campus again. Finances and ads Printing is the biggest expense the Tuntreet incurs. After a period of less circulation, this is a cost that has increased again. After, licenses and social costs follow. We have investigated how licensing costs can be reduced, without finding any real alternatives so far. NU's sponsorship team is now a operating committee, and ensures that Tuntreet receives ads. So far this autumn, we have printed more ads than in the whole spring, and we are getting new ads on a predictable basis. We work as hard as we can to reach the zero vision. Web and social media Tuntreet can be found on the website tuntreet.org. The entire website is now available in parallel as a Norwegian and English version. A selection of articles is posted here, in addition to a limited number of articles that fall outside the publication schedule. In addition to this, the paper edition is published in digital form at issuu.com/tuntreet. We otherwise use Facebook and Instagram for posts and surveys. Anniversary Tuntreet celebrates its 75th anniversary, and has therefore emphasized history throughout the year. In addition to this, we have invited all old editors, newer editorial members and a lot of external
Side 26 av 56
representatives to the anniversary celebration. Seeking out names has taken a lot of time, but has had little effect on daily operations. We look forward to it! Thanks! In conclusion, I would like to thank the editorial staff for standing through tough times and continuing to produce Tuntreet. The fact that we were able to give the Ås students a bit of normalcy in a demanding year is something I am very proud of. I would also like to thank all the boards in Studentsamfunnet that assist in our work, not to mention everyone else involved in the rest of the student community. Good luck to Simen as the new editor-in-chief in the new year, in good company of a new managing editor elected at the general assembly, for which you are reading case documents for just now.
Tord Kristian Fjellheim Andersen, Editor-in-Chief, Tuntreet, autumn 2021
Proposed resolution The General Assembly takes note of the matter.

Case 6 Strategy for Studentsamfunnet i Ås 6.a Approval of the Work Program for 2021 Studentsamfunnet in Ås' work program are short-term goals for the long-term strategy that was adopted at the General Assembly in the autumn of 2019. The work program is revised annually. The purpose of the work program is to have a concrete plan for the priorities to be made in Studentsamfunnets work in the coming year. The proposal for the work program for 2021 has been prepared on the basis of the long-term strategy adopted in the autumn of 2019. The work program is a tool that will help the bodies to ensure that the development and operation of the house is in line with the adopted longterm strategy. -
-
Goals reached in 2021, and which do not require annual evaluation, have been removed from the work program. The goals that have been achieved in 2021, but which for various reasons are desirable to include further, have been revised and are also included in the work program for 2022. New goals that Studentsamfunnet wants to achieve during 2022 have been added to the work program.
See Appendix 1 for Studentsamfunnet’s work program for 2020, and Appendix 2 for the work program for 2021.
Proposed resolution The General Assembly approves the work program for 2022.

Case 7 Approval of budgets for Studentsamfunnet i Ås for 2022 Short on the return requirements in the budget The board of House and Finance (HF) sets annual return requirements for the boards of Studentsamfunnet This is one of the tasks of HF, cf. the articles of association § 4.1.4. The required rate of return is set as a percentage and says what percentage of turnover the individual board of directors will leave as a profit at the end of the year.
In addition to the return requirements, the budgets of the individual boards are also submitted to HF for approval before being sent to GA.

Side 33 av 56
Case 8: Cases received in accordance with applicable deadlines 8.1 Changes in Articles of Association Suggestion 1.1 (F1): Suggested by The Board of Samfunnet Additions and editorial changes to the Articles of Association, with a new chapter 5 and editorial changes to the present chapters 5 and 6. Background: The purpose for the proposal is that the election of Hans Hovenhet Hestehoven's Order College has previously taken place at the Student Society in Ås' general assembly. For the last ten to fifteen years, this practice has been abandoned and no new election has been done in that time. Hans Hovenhet Hestehoven is the Student Society in Ås' order and has some of the oldest traditions of the Student Society. The Board of Samfunnet thus sees it as appropriate to bring in articles of association that ensure regularity in the election of the management of Hans Hovenhet Hestehoven, so that the traditions they stand for are taken care of in a good way.
By the resolution to add CHAPTER 5 HANS HOVENHET HESTEHOVEN will present CHAPTER 5. CONFLICT AND DISTRUST be changed to CHAPTER 6. CONFLICT AND DISTRUST with editorial changes connected to this. By the resolution to add CHAPTER 5 HANS HOVENHET HESTEHOVEN will present CHAPTER 6. DISSOLUTION be changed to CHAPTER 7. DISSOLUTION with editorial changes connected to this. Suggestion 1.1 (F1) will be approved in its entirety. If Suggestion 1.1 (F1) is rejected, Sugestion 1.2 (F2) be rejected by default.
Suggested change:
CHAPTER 5. HANS HOVENHET HESTEHOVEN § 5.1 Hans Hovenhet Hestehoven is Studentsamfunnet i Ås' student order. The order consists of three degrees Knight, Commander and Grand Cross Bearer.
§ 5.2 Hans Hovenhet Hestehoven's Ordenskollegiet is appointed at the Studentsamfunnet i Ås' general assembly in the spring even-numbered years and sits for a four-year period (8 semesters). Ordenskollegiet consists of the Grand Master, Master of Ceremonies and Cantzler. Representatives in Ordenskollegiet are appointed from the members of Hans Hovenhet Hestehoven. The members of Studentsamfunnet i Ås vote over the appointed candidates for Ordenskollegiet at the General assembly.
§ 5.3 The change of Ordenskollegiet takes place at the following order promotion ceremony.
CHAPTER 5. 6. CONFLICT AND DISTRUST § 5.1 6.1 CASE RESPONSIBILITY The Board of House and Finance has the superior case-responsibility in the event of conflicts/distrust between the elected representatives of Studentsamfunnet i Ås. The Board of House and Finance handles and makes decisions in conflict and distrust cases unless otherwise is decided.
§ 5.2 6.2 ESTABLISHMENT OF CASES OF CONFLICT/DISTRUST All members and guests of Studentsamfunnet i Ås are required to comply with the rules of procedures at Studentsamfunnet. The Board of House and Finance establish a case of distrust when a party discloses distrust against another party in connection with activities conducted by Studentsamfunnet or on Studentsamfunnet’s property. Distrust can be disclosed directly by or to the Board of House and Finance, or through other boards/bodies of the organization. The case is processed in accordance to guidelines for dealing with conflict/distrust cases.
§ 5.3 6.3 SUMMONING FOR MEDIATION A conflict/distrust case is first sought resolved by mediation. The Chair of House and Finance and a member of the board of House and Finance summon the parties for information gathering and mediation as soon as a case of distrust has been established.
§ 5.4 6.4 MEDIATION Mediation is conducted in such a way that the party that disclosed distrust and the accused party get the chance to explain themselves. The parties may, by appointment, bring a person for support to the meeting. Mediation shall be recorded with its own personnel case security number without sensitive information about the parties involved. When dealing with personnel cases, guidelines for handling personnel cases at Studentsamfunnet i Ås must be followed.
§ 5.5 6.5 SANCTIONS Sanctions may be granted when violation of the rules of procedures at Studentsamfunnet i Ås has occurred, or as a result of conflict or distrust cases. Anyone who participates in activities under the auspices of Studentsamfunnet or staying at Studentsamfunnet’s property is obliged to comply with the sanctions given.
§ 5.6 6.6 CONFLICTS BETWEEN BOARDS Conflicts between boards are treated the same way as described in §§ 5.1-5.5.
CHAPTER 6. 7. DISSOLUTION § 6.1 7.1 DISSOLUTION Dissolution of Studentsamfunnet can only be passed at an ordinary General Assembly, by a two-thirds majority of the votes. The vote shall be done with written ballots. The proposal for dissolution must 35
be published to the members at least 14 days prior to the GA. If dissolution is passed, extraordinary GA is held one month later. In order for Studentsamfunnet i Ås to be able to dissolve, the decision has to be repeated and hence ratified by a two-thirds majority. Merging with other teams of student associations is not considered as dissolution. Decisions of merging and necessary legislative amendments in accordance with this shall be made after the merge. In the event of dissolution, Studentsamfunnet’s assets belong to The Students Welfare Association at NMBU (SiÅs). These funds can only be used to create a new Studentsamfunn i Ås.
